We are looking for a suit for my husband for our son's wedding. None of the staff was friendly or welcoming. One person just directed us to where to look, and that's it! We saw their inventory, and nothing has even attracted us. Thank goodness we tried looking into Dillard's; they have a better variety, and the staff is more helpful. We spent almost $700.00 on my husband's suit, and I think it's well worth it. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for your formal wear. Buying suits needs more attention to detail, and you need assistance from a professional. These people are not there for that. read more

Aubrey assisted me with fabric selection as I wanted predominantly wool. He helped me find a great dark blue suit and slacks, which fit me off the rack. I purchased a second pair of matching suit slacks as the slacks always wear out first with every suit, regardless of price-point. Aubrey assisted me with current measurements as I've gained weight. Nick (GM) and his team were patient, attentive and helpful throughout the entire experience. Throughout planning our wedding, Nick and his team were supportive and always knowledgeable about our options. We opted for custom suits, and this choice did not disappoint. My husband and his groomsmen got to choose every detail of their suits from the color to the lining, stitching and even individualized details in the jacket. The suits were high quality and the custom sizing fit each groomsmen perfectly. Nick ensured that we could find and order ties that fit into our wedding colors and vision. I left this review on their website after they asked for a rating, and they sent an email saying they deleted it for moderation. Unbelievable. Organization, what does that mean?? Please check in with our app. You are the 2nd person in line. Shaggy haired worker proceeds to just help other people that walk right in, I stand there in dumb disbelief. No one else is around. The people in front of the store stand around twirling their thumbs for what? Sales? While the back of the store where people are renting just backs up. All I was trying to do was pick up my suit. Finally some woman comes around and says has anyone used the app. I said I think I'm the only dumba** who did. She said well there is now a wait to try on the suit I rented, I said, just give me the thing and let me leave I'll risk the fit. She apologized. Which was all well and good because it seemed like she was the only one who understands their own process of checking people in. This store is about as organized as a Dollar Tree. Oh and the suit smelled like cologne and dirt. I'm guessing very minimal cleaning occurred. Id rather show up in a suit cobbled together from Walmart than rent from this company ever again. The most unprofessional Men's Wearhouse I've ever been to. Pulled into the parking lot and got stopped by a kid driving reckless in a Hyundai trying to back into a parking spot near the front. I end up parking and heading inside and hold the door open for him (mullet and a lil pencil mustache), turns out he works here lol. I walked in to get some info on a rental. The man at the front (glasses, short haircut with fade) was helping someone on the phone, and didn't acknowledge another customer or myself. Figured that's fine since not everyone can multi-task. When he's done, he looks at me and looks down.. I approach with a smile and say I was looking to get a rental could you help me with that. The info he gives me is very vague and his body language isn't very "I want to help you". I had no idea what the process was for renting since I usually buy and he failed to explain it well. He then heavily pushed on buying a suit before telling me I could have a look around for a rental. So I aimlessly walk around trying to figure it out myself. Fortunately a woman asks if I need help and ends up taking me through the whole process. I appreciate her so much for that. All the while she is helping me, the mullet guy, the dude with the fade, and another heavier, older looking guy with glasses are just d*cking around by the rental checkout area. They are making all sorts of childish squeals and noises and making fun of pervious customers. Super unprofessional. When I go to checkout, I notice that the mullet kid left a bitten, unwrapped, sub sandwich at the cashier register. Straight up just left it on the table lol. As we are going over the details he comes back, picks it up, and takes a bite out of it. At this point I look for any reason to get out of this and just leave, couldn't go through with any purchase. The irony of acting so childish and unprofessionally in a store meant for guys to clean up and look professional goes completely over their heads I guess. read more

One of my suits was tired. I have had it for a good seven years and have worn it every week. Stopped in a few bespoke tailors, out of my price range. Not sure I liked what they offered, either. Decided to try Men's Wearhouse. Glad I did. Even though it wasn't a bespoke suit, it still was a custom tailored suit. Loved the fabric, liner, sleeve liner choices. Little details like actual button holes in the suit coat sleeves, my name in the coat and the pants. They measured me and cut the suit correctly. I have sloping shoulders, so all of my previous suits did not fit correctly. Mario made sure that I was fitted correctly. After the initial build came in, I went in to see what adjustments needed to be made. A few fine tunings were needed. When all is said and done, from the initial fitting to the final, it was only a bit over two weeks. Quicker than we thought. Bottom line, the suit looks great on me. Best fitting suit I have ever had. I really enjoyed the service provided by Mario. I'm going to go back when I have the money to replace my tux. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. This was horrible services on both times I was in. I went in for a rental suit, during the fitting the employee was beyond rude and condescending. He wouldn't listen to what I was asking or if I said something was uncomfortable a certain way and I wanted it another way. I made many rude remarks and was overall the fitting was not a good experience. Today I went in again for the try on for my rental. When I got there he was helping around 3 other customers, so he brought out my things and walked away to help someone else. My mom told me to go ahead and try on my suit, she started opening the bag to get the suit out. This is when the same employee from the fitting walked over and said no just wait let me help you guys in an annoyed tone. My mom proceeded to tells him no it's fine we don't need your help to try it on your busy, which is when he then proceeds to raise his voice and start spewing back and forth with my mom that she needs to wait for me to try on the suit. He proceeded to continue being rude, getting in my mom's personal space, raising his voice, arguing with my mom about helping. At this point my mom says we will just leave because the suit was paid for and we don't need to try it on. He continued to argue with my mom while we were trying to pack up and leave, until another employee and customer got him to go away. After the other employee leaving out area and him helping the customer he, he proceeded to come back and harass my mom some more. Her continuinly just asking to be left alone. Eventually the other employee told him to go help another customer, leaving him to finally leave my mom alone. But he continued to talk at the register about what happened and call my mother names, and insults to other customers. Would not recommend supporting this place. Employee are disrespectful, rude, and not very helpful. read more

I needed a suit ASAP!! Naturally, I chose my favorite place. When I make any kind of a larger purchase, I want to feel good about it. I'm a regular Joe, but I enjoy feeling a bit pampered. Devon (sales associate) and Nick (general manager) put on the white gloves for me once again. I immediately went back in my mind to all of my previous purchases from this particular location. Even before Devon placed on my shoulders what would become the jacket for my ensemble, I felt like a king. Suffice it to say that by the time my suit was ready to be picked up after being expertly tailored (in record time by the way...thanks fellas ), it was perfect. The style, fit, quality, and price just hit! My loyalty to this store hinges on the total experience (and of course vast array of high-quality styles) that the staff so impeccably provides each time. Do not rent from here. I went to go pick up my tux rental and my vest did not fit. This was a problem as I was in my niece's quinceanera party. They did not have the correct size in the correct color on hand and I was only offered a 5 dollar refund. Since I am in the party I ended up having to buy my vest myself. This happened May 7 @ 6:30ish. Hands down worst experience I've had in any mens warehouse location. My wife and I were running in real quick to grab a pair of jeans, and when we walked in we're greeted by no one. There were three other people in the store and only one I thought was an employee, dressed well helping someone at the tailoring counter. Another was by the jeans looking like they were looking as well. After about 10 mins of not being approached I grabbed 2 pairs and walked into the dressing room. Left one pair in the room and walked to the checkout counter. Waited for another 5 mins and then found out the guy I was standing next to near the jeans was an employee because he walked to the back. After that, I walked to the back where the seamstresses were, and asked if somebody could come out so I could pay for the jeans. I let them know I was upset and the man who helped me who is pretty tall with a visible scar on his right cheek told me " i'm sorry you're upset but I'm on a 12 hour shift." Handed him my gift card, he bags my jeans tells me to have a nice day and doesn't give the gift card back or even attempt to tell me how much is left on the card. I told him it's interesting that these $60 jeans cost exactly $100. Then with a clear attitude writes the amount on the back of the card and tells me to have a nice day. Not once did I get an apology for not being greeted, approached or treated with any sort of basic customer service. I've shopped at Mens Warehouse for 12 years and can confidently say I will never be back to this location. And strongly advise you all do the same. Update: After having been contacted by the corporate office and the Manager there Jorge I believe his name is Jorge, I am glad to say that the issue has been resolved. The team members notified and he was hopeful to see a change in the attitude in his location. His conversation with me was great and handled very professionally and I will gladly go give them another chance in a few weeks when I plan to go back in to the store. read more

The fitting was done on-site with precision and efficiency. They had me try on every article I was going to rent and double-checked my measurements and fit to make sure I was comfortable and looking my best. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST FOR WEDDINGS!!! They are the most unprofessional, unorganized bunch of fools working there. I order a 1800 suit for our wedding and they never call until I came in to check on the order two months before the event and the order for the vest and shirt never went in. They also happened to figure out that the material to order the vest was not available days after we ordered it. Now they have all of our rentals for our groomsmen coming in two days prior to the wedding when we have it in writing it was suppose to be 5 days prior. They are a nightmare to work with and I'd never shop at this place again. Worst customer service then the DMV at least they'll give you a number and say piss off these fools don't even acknowledge you. read more

I came here looking to buy only a pair of trousers for an upcoming wedding. A fine man by the name of Andres helped me step by step with every bit along the way. From sizing to price comparisons to deals that I should take advantage of. I am not one to spoil myself buying things for me and clothing especially is rare. I had never felt so good buying 2 full 3 piece suits in my life from here with ties, shirts, pocket squares, and even an extra blazer for an incredible price! For the hour+ of time with Andres patience and the assurance of the store manager Nick, it made my experience at mens wearhouse one I will not forget. Nick had even taken the time to explain pricing for me and was very considerate in ensuring I was getting better deals by offering which deals can be done with which and what will work out better for me. Since my visit here, I have told all the men at work before we began our night of the incredible crew here and that they should take advantage of leaving with high quality suits for a very generous price. I came in today to get fitting for my friend's wedding that is in California. I walked in and the there was 3 employees helping others so I did have to wait for a while to be helped, but nothing to crazy. I was suppose to be fitted for a shirt, vest, pants and shoes. I was fitted for all of them, and a jacket as well. Not sure why a jacket but I just let it go. Everything seemed fine until I heard what seemed to be the manager lecture another employee on sending people to another store for things cause, "he wants that money". All in all my mission was accomplished, so if I have to I would probably be back. read more

This was the worst Men's Wearhouse I have ever experienced. I was looking for a specific suit and look for my upcoming wedding. The sales agent seemed so disinterested in providing a modicum of help let alone professionalism. I told him I'd like to try a certain suit on and asked if they had it in my size. He said he would check. Five minutes later I see him at the counter now helping someone else with an exchange. I ask him about the suit, he says he had to do an exchange for another customer and then states "we don't have it in a 46 short anyway I would have to special order." So ibviously he didn't look but didn't want to help me. Likely thought I was some one off customer. I have spent tens of thousands at Men's Wearhouse in the past and did not bring up my relationship with the company. Didn't think I would need to. But after this experience, my first at their location in Tucson, I think I will be taking all of my business elsewhere. read more

I've been shopping here for the last four years now on and off. Original came here for a suit that I was hesitant on but the staff was incredibly helpful in finding me just what I wanted. Also weirdly enough, great place to buy jeans with killer deals on them. Just bought another two suits from here and got them tailored this time. Best part? Any alterations are free for the life of the garment. They will even do it on short notice too. Which was great when I got a little too wide for slacks and I had a interview in four days. Okay so have to start with the positives. I purchased a beautiful suit for my 18 year old son. We dealt with an assistant manager and he was knowledgeable and professional. He knew what he was doing, gave advise and sold us a great suit. I was even planning to return to buy my 21 year old his suit in the next few weeks after the great buy. So why the bad review??? Deep breath, well when we showed up at our set appointment time to pick up the suit we were ignored. Not only when we walked in but after standing at a register for 20+ minutes and after asking at least two employees for assistance. I finally stopped an employee and asked if I could just pick up a suit that was ready no longer needed to try it on just wanted to pick it up and pay for a tie and accessories. Waited several more minutes then when he returned with the suit it wasnt even in a bag or anything, not sure if this is normal but the store on Broadway puts them in bags. I asked him if I could pay for the items and he said well I reccomend you stand at the register until someone sees you. I asked if they provide a bag and did not get an answer. I understand they were busy, because they were, but no reason to not even acknowledge a customer. I again waited by the register and nothing so put the items back walked out and went to purchase them at a different store. The purchase started with 5 stars but then went to zero, very disappointing. Rented and paid for 10 tuxedos for my son's wedding and then they closed because of COVID which is understandable. What's not ok, is that they didn't contact us to tell us how to get the tuxes. My son's wedding is in 3 weeks and we can't reach them. We did get a text response 1 time but they didn't give us any resolution other than to refuse a refund so we can go elsewhere. Since then we've called, texted, emailed multiple times and no response. Their website isn't working properly so we can't go that route either. read more

I would give this store zero stars if I could. NEVER have I had a worse shopping experience than here. When I went with my groomsmen to pick up our suits for my wedding, the staff was moving extremely slow, and as a result there were several customers aside from us who were waiting for service - all while there were staff members just standing around. What should have been a 15-20 minute process (trying on the suits to verify fitment, and paying), took almost 90 minutes. What makes it worse is that the staff forgot to put one of the pairs of shoes in one of the bags and when we went back the next day to pick them up we again ran into problems. What should have taken 30 seconds this time took about 10-15 minutes. The staff just stood around and were refusing to help my groomsman, because one of the staff was busy chatting it up with his buddy. When my groomsman tried to ask for help, the staff member held up a finger at him with an attitude as he couldn't be bothered to place his non-professional conversation on hold to help a paying customer.
