A few companies wanted to charge hundreds of dollars just to take a look at it and assess the situation! Noa had me send photos of the leak, reviewed the issue over the phone with me and even reached out to the inspector to discuss. Then he came out to look at the system without charging us for the visit. Once he figured out the problem, he ordered the parts and had it fixed within a couple weeks. This is a horrible sales SCAM. My employee had no idea that they should not be there and allowed them to look at my BRAND NEW fire extinquisher that was placed. When I heard them talking, I went out to see why they were here and told them that I had already had my "inspection" for the year, and only the fire department did inspections. A service technician was scheduled and arrived to do the work. However, to my disappointment, it turns out that they don't actually run or monitor a panel in the building where the service was needed. Essentially, I paid a fortune for absolutely nothing. It would have been much more professional if they had informed me upfront that they do not have a panel in this building, or at the very least, asked me for details about the panel and requested a picture. When I contacted another company afterwards, the first thing they did was ask for a picture of the panel before sending out a service technician. It's frustrating to encounter such a lack of communication and professionalism. I expected better from a company that claims to provide these services. Needless to say, I won't be recommending them to anyone in the future.

They told me that the system needed an upgrade (at considerable cost) and I had to book an appointment with one of their technicians (also at my expense). When I calculated that the expense was greater than the service I received, I decided to stop the monitoring. Even though Professional Alarm was told my system no longer worked, they have continued to bill me for the monitoring for over six months, even after being told that the service was no longer being provided on several occasions. Be careful in selecting these folks to monitor your security!!
