If you enjoy wasting your money on misrepresented services, then this company is perfect for you. I…read morerecently contacted them to have some equipment connected to one of their certified panels. A service technician was scheduled and arrived to do the work. However, to my disappointment, it turns out that they don't actually run or monitor a panel in the building where the service was needed. Essentially, I paid a fortune for absolutely nothing. It would have been much more professional if they had informed me upfront that they do not have a panel in this building, or at the very least, asked me for details about the panel and requested a picture. When I contacted another company afterwards, the first thing they did was ask for a picture of the panel before sending out a service technician. It's frustrating to encounter such a lack of communication and professionalism. I expected better from a company that claims to provide these services. Needless to say, I won't be recommending them to anyone in the future.

Update: I called this company consistently trying to get them to get them to come fix the problems…read more We still had a check from our construction loan to hold over their heads to come finish the job. No one called back. We ended up selling our home two years later and were still missing a sprinkler cap, fixed the water damage ourselves and repaired the hole in the sheetrock they drilled in the wrong place. Do not use this company unless you like paying for water damage. Three sprinkler heads leaked causing damage to new carpet and our kitchen ceiling. They also drilled in the wrong spot and left the hole in the high ceiling. We are still missing a cover plate on one sprinkler head and none of them are flush with the ceiling. All have gaps and odd angles.

They agreed. October 2014 arrived....and passed. No one called, no one showed up. In October of 2015 I realized that I had been stood up! I called them again last Monday evening, Nov 9, and asked to have someone come out. They said that someone would call me on Tuesday. Late Tuesday afternoon I realized that hadn't called. I called again. They took down my company name and said they would be out on Wednesday to take care of it. At 4 pm on Wednesday someone called and said that they would like to schedule an appointment for Thursday. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude....like it was MY fault. Ummmm.....no thank you. I will find reliable and respectful service somewhere else.
