A service technician was scheduled and arrived to do the work. However, to my disappointment, it turns out that they don't actually run or monitor a panel in the building where the service was needed. Essentially, I paid a fortune for absolutely nothing. It would have been much more professional if they had informed me upfront that they do not have a panel in this building, or at the very least, asked me for details about the panel and requested a picture. When I contacted another company afterwards, the first thing they did was ask for a picture of the panel before sending out a service technician. It's frustrating to encounter such a lack of communication and professionalism. I expected better from a company that claims to provide these services. Needless to say, I won't be recommending them to anyone in the future.

Of course, all CO2 is "food grade," but I needed it to be dispensed from a clean tank to avoid the oily smell some folks with my setup have had. Mel (the owner) made sure he understood what I meant, didn't seem to care that I had less than $12 of business for him, and even told me stories while I waited. There are plenty of places to get CO2 refills, but I'm going to take my business to UCS.
