We bought a very expensive sectional recliner. The motor in one broke, but that did get fixed. The remotes will stop and you have to unplug them and plug them back in and one end has broken and leans out, while the foot rest catches on the bottom of it when you put the feet up and down. We have called multiple times for repair and when they came out, they did not know how to fix the end. I have called since then and now they do not even call back. Their customer service, or lack of, has taught me to go elsewhere in the future. read more

This is the saddest excuse of an "Interior" store I have ever seen. The sales people are rude. They do not listen to the customer and only try to sell you items that is their taste without taking into account of your style. If you ask for another suggestion, they are easily offended. The mark up on some furniture is a joke. Some of the same items are available for 25% cheaper in South Bend and Lafayette. Buyer beware. read more
