Ok we picked up a friend and came in on a Friday nite. 3 for dinner. Cute little place. I wanted the Tom Ka chicken soup and my free egg roll with my Check in. Boy getting cup of Tom Ka chicken and Masaman curry. Our other friend is having combo fried rice. Well everything was really good. But I'm still hungry so wanting pad see ewe. So we ordered that to share. Soo my review is based on eating Thai a lot. The flavors were good here but I felt they were skimpy on the meat in dishes. It was good but not the best we have had. Nice little family Resturant tho

A small family style cafe by a Thai grocery shop. If you prefer a better eating environment maybe here is not your place. The table cover is kind of sticky and is not even transparent any more. The food is pretty decent though, the Thai pad was exceptionally good. Meat was not as abundant as the common Thai establishments. The pad see ew hubby ordered had a flavor that we never experienced before, cannot tell if we like it or not... The soup was very mediocre though. The mushroom in it is good stuff but was flavorless, so were the chicken pieces. Anyway, I would recommend this place for foodies, but for those who care about dining space, try somewhere else.

Tasty Thai food, hidden away in Northwood, this place is a must visit. Prices are a little high but compared to the quality it makes it worth it.

    The tea is nice!

Over the past few weeks I've had the great privilege to travel our great nation! And not just to major cities! I've been off-roading as I say, visiting America's little known places - Mexico, MO - Perris, CA - Luckey, OH! What I've discovered is that our country is so diverse, that there are good people in our country! It's sad that the good in people is often overshadowed by the actions of the few and the negativity that we watch and read in the press. Sorry to rant on this review - but this place totally shocked me! It's America at its finest! Authentic, delicious Thai cuisine right in the middle of nowhere! No scrap that. There are good people and good food here, so this little town is definitely somewhere! The spring rolls, wonton soup and Pad Thai were all winners here! Take the trip just outside of Toledo to what's being called Ohio's best Thai food! It's also one of the best you'll find outside Bangkok!

The atmosphere is beautiful. Somewhere between cozy and classy for a wonderful, calm dining experience. Dining in Roi Et feels like coming home. Service always given with a smile, and the staff is incredibly friendly. My waitress was attentive and even helpful with recommendations as I myself am a little bit of an adventurous eater. Food comes out piping hot and prompt to order. The menu is thoughtfully arranged, digestible, and gives the customer a good grasp of what they're getting. I have had the Kar Pao Beef at medium heat (brave for me. Painful, but delicious!) Fried rice, Shrimp puffs (they're my my favorite appetizer. Delicious and with an incredibly satisfying crunch tucked into a little perfect triangle package. SO GOOD!!) The rice is always perfectly cooked. A little bit sticky and fluffy at the same time. Its fantastic. I want to know their secret. This visit I had the Massaman Curry. Mostly sweet profile with the very very slightest hint of spice at the back end. Plenty of broth with chunky veggies, perfectly cooked through and still firm to tooth in a way I find very pleasant! I dug in too quickly to get a good picture. Maybe next time! I also tried the Thai iced tea for the first time. An absolute hit. Portion sizes are generous. You absolutely get what you pay for. My only complaint is that I cant eat more in one sitting. Hands down one of my favorite places to go for a taste of southeast Asia.

Tonight was our lucky night as we were seated within minutes of our arrival. QQ Kitchen is very unassuming upon entry. Small sitting area that was filled with people waiting for their take-out orders. The dining area is small and decor is simple. There is one TV monitor and tonight, "Triple D" (Diners, Drive-Ins, Dives) was on. How appropriate, huh? Menu has a lot to offer making it challenging to arrive at a snap decision. Many great choices. We started off with Spring Rolls. Very refreshing taste and the peanut dipping sauce was quite tasty. Our dinner selections: Drunken Noodles; and Pad Thai w Shrimp. Both these dishes were excellent and very fairly priced for the food quality and portion size. A great deal of foot traffic for take-out orders during the entire time we were in the restaurant. Good sign. We had a fantastic meal and we will definitely be back yo visit QQ Kitchen. Well done!

It is also open on Mondays unlike many other restaurants in the area. The restaurant has a very cute mural outside. Inside it's very colorful and has cute Thai art on the walls. It's definitely a place that looks authentic. I read the menu while inside and it had so many choices including cocktails and many food options. Many choices for any taste! I was really looking forward to trying Thai food here. Unfortunately, I ended up walking in and out due to disappointing service or the lack thereof. When I walked in (almost at 7 PM), there was a long line of diners that were not acknowledged. They were confused and asking each other where to wait and who will take their table reservation. It was very unclear where the hostess is, where to pick up orders, or wait for a table. The restaurant is very small and was overpacked on a Monday night. I had to wait an extremely long time right in front of the hostess to be acknowledged. The wait time for a table was 45 minutes to 1 hour. The wait for to go order was also 45 minutes. I would probably wait but it was scorching hot inside despite it being it being the 70's outside. I was hoping that the service would be more attentive. My suggestion to anyone visiting is to figure out a time when they're not busy. The food is probably very good, but get ready for not so good service and extended waits.

As someone who has visited Thailand and is familiar with Southeast Asian flavors, I found that the dishes here leaned much sweeter than how it's traditionally made, but they were still good. We tried the Boat Noodles and Khao Soi, both very flavorful. The portions are good but I find that both needed much more broth. It's a cute space, plus great cocktail and mocktail options
