It was a little spicier than I prefer because of the Togarashi seasoning, which also seems to accompany many of the yakitori dishes. We also ordered the Ika Maruyaki (grilled squid). We both love squid, especially when it's prepared this way, but this dish just wasn't as good as we had hoped. We were both a little underwhelmed. The sushi and sashimi were beautifully sliced, incredibly fresh, and definitely high quality. I tried the Madai for the first time and really enjoyed it. The fluke was excellent, and the salmon was exactly what you'd expect from high quality salmon. I finally tried Uni as well. It was very fresh, but I learned it's just not for me.
