I was told in a crisp tone, "We don't see non-clients for emergency situations." So... a veterinary clinic with a focus on who's in "the club" instead of "there's an animal that needs help"? I was charged $142.00 for the monthly Librela injection. The average cost of the Librela injection in our area is only $95.00. I had rescued two kittens at the end of September from the Red Arrow Animal Clinic, the Veterinarian stated that I would get discounts on the vaccines and visit. I was charged $82.00 per kitten for the Examination, wellness. I just paid $49.00 for an examination, wellness on my 102 lbs male dog at the Mosel Veterinary Clinic. How is a 3 lbs kitten $82.00 at one clinic and a 102 lbs dog only $49.00 at another? The Red Arrow Animal Clinic had a female employee that was involved with hacking my old account with Spectrum in 2022. Willis law firm had noticed that my file was breached on a probate case. The female employee's brother was arrested for the breach. Willis law did give me a 100% discount for the issue. I will be filing a complaint with the Michigan Board of licensing regarding the charges. I have looked through my records from the Red Arrow Animal Clinic and have noticed other issues of being overcharged for services. I have requested a refund and an apology, but I haven't received any response by the staff at the Red Arrow Animal Clinic.

The vet was up front about the cost and prognosis, I really appreciated that. Unfortunately my elderly cat Hobo was very sick and we had to put him down. They made sure he was comfortable and in no pain and he passed peacefully. I will definitely be bringing my other fur babies to Town and Country.
