This decision was sent by certified mail without any explanation. After contacting the office manager, she could not give me any explanation either after talking to the doctor as why this decision was made by her. I feel that this was due to declining Dr. Massey's suggestion that she see a psychiatrist, which neither my wife or I felt was necessary with the symptoms she was experiencing. It is the only explanation I can think of. So beware, do it her way or hit the highway. I also feel that it is very unprofessional of Dr. Massey not to provide a valid explanation or even speak to my wife prior to her making this decision. If you want to have some control over your own care, this is not the doctor you want to see.

I really thought this doctor would help me not just leave me hanging. Then I find out she is not even there anymore. I can't even begin to tell you what I was feeling, so short and to the point I would not take my dog to any of these doctors. All there worried about is the numbers not the person or the care that they took an oath to live by.
