Inder answered every one of my questions without hesitation and I felt comfortable. He texted me pictures of the limos to choose from, inside and out. He was in constant contact with me to ensure all went well. We had 11 total people and we were all comfortable. The interior of the limo was very nice and had beautiful colored lights that changed. Sound system was great and we were able to play our own music. It came with iced down waters and sodas. Our driver, Albin, was fantastic! He took us to each location with no problems and we had a very smooth ride. The owner, apparently, picked us up. She had a clearly used car seat (yet claimed it was new) that was only buckled through the seat belt and had no tether. She said it didn't need latches, but car seats are generally required to have them. She assured us it didn't need it and was dismissive of my concerns. She even emailed after our trip to prove her point, claiming she has had many children travel with her...and never apologized for not bringing the latch strap. She does not properly train her staff and should not advertise safe car seat installation. Also, don't be rude to your customers and act like you know everything.

I rented a party bus for my daughter's senior prom on Sat Jan 27, and was embarrassed with the quality of the bus and service provided by this company. (The driver left our party stranded for 30 min and the bus looked like a remodeled city bus and the remodel was cheaply done.). Here is the sequence of events - I arrived early (2:00 pm) to meet the bus driver and drop off sodas for the bus ride and I immediately regretted not going with our local limo vendor. As I boarded the bus, the fake floor boards on the steps into the bus shifted and the bus smelled wet and muggy. I looked around and noticed a large puddle of water in the back of the buss floor. The driver asked me if I had anything to clean it up with so I grabbed a paper towel roll from my car so the girls dresses would not get wet. He said the water had likely leaked in from a "loose panel". I guess there is no walk through done by drivers to ensure the vehicles are clean and ready. At any rate they drove off and reached their dinner destination at 4:30 pm. The driver called me to ask what time he should be back to pick them up. I should have told him to stay ( I paid for. 2:30-8:30 pm ) but I thought he would be 10 min away so I said 6ish. I called him at 5:15 and told him that they were running ahead of schedule at the the dinner and asked him to return. He didn't arrive until 6:15 so the kids waited over 30 minutes for him to arrive. Who does this and thinks it's ok to drive away and not be within a short return distance? At any rate, after finally arriving and getting on the road for about 30 minutes the kids asked for a quick stop. The driver decides to get fuel after the kids are already done and ready to go. They waited another 15 minutes and watched the idiot try to use the wrong gas nozzle to pump gas after which one of the boys on the bus told him he needed to use the diesel nozzle. They finally left and arrived at the dance 20 min late. What the heck did he do while they were eating???? I called their dispatch office and asked for a "manager" that evening but was told I would get a call back Monday. No one called me so i called them and was able to talked to their manager (Last name Tarek I think). I shared the experience and told him I did not get the party bus service I paid for and was promised. He made excuses and told me to tell the parents that our kids really only waited for 15 minutes because I told him 6 . I told him that his response was unacceptable and he said he would consider how to respond and a week later still no call. So after week of waiting, I've decided to let others read my story and avoid anyone else getting fooled and be saved the embarrassment I felt as other parents heard the fiasco from their kids. Mind you this is all after I personally went to their business office to discuss the rental and expectations around safety and quality. In summary, no quality or excess with this company. Spend a little more and go with a reputable company. This driver has no business driving other people.

Immediately when we got on the party bus the passenger area was burning up. Instead of cold air it was literally like a heater turned on! So we were in a black bus with high 80's outside and it was like a sauna on the inside! Most definitely not okay! This issue was realized immediately upon getting into the bus however the driver then decided to route us to the church using complete feeder roads from Magnolia to Willowbrook placing us directly into known construction traffic that made us come to a complete standstill! Mind you, the air never cooled in the back and here I am as the bride sweating and in a corset wedding dress with rising anxiety and I almost passed out at one point had it not been for my girls cooling me down by wetting napkins and trying to fan me down!! Needless to say we didn't arrive to the church until 1:50 or later for a 2pm wedding!! After the wedding although he finally drove on 249, the bus still was a hot sauna and we were told the buses would be swapped, however we had the same hot bus without the ac on the way back to the venue.  I had politely asked for a refund and he went around and around giving excuses and long story short it's now been 3 months and nada- he's done nothing to make up for the horrible service so now I feel at this point I will end up having to take my story and experience to the facebook, google, & yelp reviews because no bride should have to have the nightmare of transportation that occured for me on their wedding day! ... so now time to spread the word to AVOID them!!
