It's about a three-hour drive and since we had just come back from Austin a week earlier, we were more than happy to let someone else do the heavy lifting this time. Chris answered right away and even followed up with a call back. Professional, quick to respond, and very reasonable on pricing. Heard about limo service on Facebook group for cruising. Called for service from and to Hobby…read moreairport. The owner, Giovanni, was easy to talk to. We had different travel itineraries that his service had no problem in assisting us. When we arrived at the airport, Pam, our driver, was waiting for us. She helped with luggage. We had smooth commute to Galveston. She offered water to us. She also narrated highlights aling the route to Galveston beach area. Day of return to Airport, the cruise ship we were on arrived earlier and debarkment was sooner. We contacted Giovanni to see if he could pick up sooner. He was able to do so. Jiovani had no problems with us cancelling. We decided to book the return trip from Galveston cruise terminal to George Bush Airport after our cruise. We had booked for 10:30am pick up. Our driver, Omar, called 5 mins before arrival to the terminal and was there 10:30am right on the dot. He helped with luggage (we had 6 passengers + luggage and they send the perfect SUV) and I clarified the pricing and that we had to use our credit cards because we had no more American cash. He had no problem except that he said was having issues with credit card Tile for his phone. When we arrived, it took a couple tries for the payment to go through but in the end he had no problems with us splitting our bill with the other family. We paid him separately (equal payments). Overall, Black Arrow Limo was great. The only suggestion I have would be to put "BLACK ARROW LIMO" somewhere ON the car so that we know we're going with the right person! It gets pretty busy at the terminal so it would have helped us identify the car more easily. Thank you!

The food here overall is great there's always something to do with all the many festivals, shows and restaurants you can't go wrong. The Nut Cracker Ballet for example is Amazing. We are big scary movie buffs and enjoy seeing the latest movies at the theatre that serve alcohol and hot food yum. That's probably why I've gained 30lbs :( but it's great. We've moved to a lot of places being that my husbands prior military. But I LOVE TEXAS! The tall sky scrapers, the highway at night, and did I mention the FOOD! Lol and overall the people. I can't say I have many friends here but I can say there's opportunity to make some. I never want to move. This is the perfect place to start a small business and I'm going to do it very soon I've been perfecting my craft now for a few years. Be on the look out for Outta Da Box a handmade cosmetics and accessories line sold online soon in a store front. I hope you guys will enjoy this line as I've enjoyed TEXAS. Anyway, the driver was on time, and in fact a few minutes ahead of schedule. He sent me a text to let me know he was out on the street, and I was able to text him back as soon as I was ready to leave. The driver was very, very helpful, had a big smile, was extremely professional and pleasant, and made the whole experience great. He was very solicitous in terms of my comfort and made sure that my luggage was taken to the skycap and I was fully settled before leaving me at the airport. And, the limousine company had no problem about the fact that I had to be picked up at 3:30 AM :-) !!! Great experience, and I will definitely use them in the future!
