Since it's remodel and restructuring, I've been turned away with even the simplest of tasks like trying to pay rent to my landlord who is also a Chase member. When I went in for advice on how to refinance an auto loan, I was sent away with a website address and a phone number. I'm not sure what Chase is trying to accomplish with the restructuring at this particular location, but if all the locations become as impersonal and ineffective as this one has, I'll be banking elsewhere.

I like that they try and finish whatever I needed as opposed to sending to some other department or referring me over. The bankers handle what I need from start to finish. There is never really a line but if there is another teller will come to help. But overall everything moves pretty quickly and smooth.
