The rudeness from the staff alone will make you want to stay away, they had no patiences and kept telling my 2 YEAR OLD that he was rude so ignorantly. He was having mouth pain and all they did was throw antibiotics at us to give him. Fast forward a Couple months to now , my 2 yr old still has the same mouth issues. We went for a different opinion , come to fine out he has a serve case of misalignment jaw and will need surgery. The most disturbing part is how they tried to convince my sister-inlaw to pull her perfectly pearly white FRONT TOOTH ! Thank God she didn't listen and got a second opinion! I mean FRONT TOOTH! The cherry on top was when my husband went in and endure the rudeness's once again and was told by Dr.Andy that my husband has cracked his tooth and needs a crown blah blah blah. "It's serious and needs to be done today or the next." Well got a second opinion for shits and giggles and his tooth is completely fine ! Over $700 hundred dollars we would of owed for NOTHING! Money hungry!!!! The lies!!!! Good luck there!

I said I'm 28, this is going to suck if I have to deal with that for the rest of my life. She didn't care. So 7 years later... yesterday I had a dentist appointment with a whole other dentist. She informed me that my crown was not done correctly and had a huge gap in it and that the gap had allowed food to get in there and It's also a place where you cannot brush and ultimately there is decay under my crown. So I have to get all the decay removed and fit for a whole other crown. And they are not even sure they can save the tooth. I wasn't happy with connies work then, and I'm super upset about it now. Connie, you have wasted my time and money and now probably my tooth. I hope your a better dentist now and giving your patients good service and caring about their teeth the way you should.

No!!! Rude!! I went in for a consultation because I was referred to by my dentist who assumed me…read morethey were the best in Ellisville. I met with the tech who shoved this obnoxious mouth piece in to open my mouth more so she could actually take pictures with her camera. I told her it hurt and she continued. The orthodontist then came in and told me there would be another consultation fee that insurance does not cover, of 850.00 just to have a meeting between her, my dentist and myself. We take card. She then proceeded to tell me how much of an overbite I had and it's not guaranteed braces would fix it. She also rudely said I have a speech impediment and I needed to go to speech therapy!! I was horrified! I left the office almost in tears, because I speak very clearly and absolutely have no speech impediment. They said it would be about 7, 000.00 not including the 850.00 for the consultation!!! They are a CASH COW!! They're rude, obnoxious and out for money! That's it. Don't go here!

There's usually a little bit of a wait with it being such a popular office. I returned to the office on two occasions over 10 years after having my braces removed - once to have a new upper retainer made, and once to have my bottom retainer tightened. Even after that long, check-in/registration/appointments were easy and efficient. Highly recommend!
