I was told to get my money back because Dr Boscia moved my teeth to a point that the only way to get a bite I could live with was to crown all 26 teeth. I Switched. In one & a half weeks my bite has improved so much with the new orthodontist. Please don't get braces at New Creations! Go to a real orthodontist. You will save yourself a lot of money and pain!! If you need to reschedule, expect to wait another six plus months for an opening or sit on a wait list. Waitlist get notified the day of which is great if you sit at home waiting for their call. They do set up your next appointment while you're still in the chair--which is helpful--but the earliest availability has been about eight months out, not the typical six-month interval you'd expect.

Who wouldn't like to be lakeside while having dental work done? This place does not sit at a lakeside, but rather a regular strip mall. A restaurant at the end has a tiny back portion by a pond. When I initially called, a very quiet, monotone, and not very cheerful person made my appointment. They made the potential fee for no-shows abundantly clear up to the appointment day. The lobby was nicely decorated and gave a calm impression. The same woman that initially took my call checked me in, still monotone and grumpy. The dental hygenist was the only great experience here. She was friendly and extremely thorough! Then I was told that the dentist was running late getting to the office. What about lateness and no-shows? Hmm In any case, the dentist showed up before too long. I found her to be standoffish and cold in my first impression. She checked my teeth and almost seemed put out about the potential work. She just got up and left afterward without saying a word to me. No, thank you for choosing her practice... no, nothing. Gee, I guess we are done here? I made an appointment here after a change in insurance carrier by the corporation I work for. The…read morefirst visit was somewhat ok, but by the next visit, they were pushing me to have an extraction and bone graft for a future implant. The brought some guy in in scrubs and he proceeded to try and convince me as well. When I asked who he was, they said that they call him Frank. When I refused, the girl that does the insurance, maybe the office manager, told me that if I didn't have it done, they would notify the hospital where I had an upcoming procedure scheduled and tell the hospital that I had an infection, so I would not be able to have the procedure done. I went to two other dentists, and both of them said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the tooth the wanted to extract. If you're looking for a dentist, I'd highly recommend that you look elsewhere! In my opinion , these folks are nothing but crooks and have absolutely no integrity! I should have known not to go to an old Hardee's that has been converted into a dentist office.
