Recently, I needed a new oral appliance after getting several new dental crowns, which caused my bite to change and my jaw to shift forward. I asked Dr. Hamann if it would be possible to get the lower device that helps keep my bite aligned--the same one I originally received back in 2020. Her assistant made one phone call, and within minutes they were able to reorder my original appliance because they had kept my impressions on file all these years. That level of organization, attention to detail, and commitment to their patients truly impressed me. It's rare to find a doctor who genuinely cares about her patients the way Dr. Hamann does. She takes the time to listen, understands your concerns, and works with you to find the best solution. Her staff reflects that same level of compassion and professionalism.
