Dr. Hamann and her entire staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They don't just treat you like another patient--they make you feel like family. Every question I've had has been answered, every concern has been taken seriously, and they've always gone above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. That's exactly why I continue coming back. Recently, I needed a new oral appliance after getting several new dental crowns, which caused my bite to change and my jaw to shift forward. I asked Dr. Hamann if it would be possible to get the lower device that helps keep my bite aligned--the same one I originally received back in 2020. Her assistant made one phone call, and within minutes they were able to reorder my original appliance because they had kept my impressions on file all these years. That level of organization, attention to detail, and commitment to their patients truly impressed me. It's rare to find a doctor who genuinely cares about her patients the way Dr. Hamann does. She takes the time to listen, understands your concerns, and works with you to find the best solution. Her staff reflects that same level of compassion and professionalism. If you're looking for an experienced, highly respected sleep specialist who truly puts her patients first, I can't recommend Dr. Hamann and the team at Agave Sleep & Wellness enough. I had to get a tooth replaced before I could get the apparatus for sleep apnea. The delivery date was 7/6/26 and I was to see Dr. Beth Hamann. Initially & she was in the patient room but when I asked to use rest room and came back, she was gone and Elizabeth was there. She is great but I wanted to talk to the doctor. I have severe sleep apnea. This apparatus is for mild sleep apnea. I eventually didn't feel comfortable going there. When I told them that I NEVER saw the doctor at all, Wende responded with a lie saying that I saw the doctor at delivery . This is simply not true and Elizabeth knows it. It seems like they circled the wagon to cover their asses. There was no apology. They stuck together with the deceit they created. Also with Wende, you never know what version of her one will get on their visit. She means well but can be condescending in her tone of voice.

His office is small which I love, something about it feels very cozy and comforting to me. Eastern medicine is a whole person approach, not medicine to cover a symptom of something larger.

Also, again approved immediately were CT scan. Their staff and Dr Anderson must be highly regarded and/or know how to request my necessary testing. Again my insurance approved my tests the next day!! I brought my 92 year old mother and got there before the appointment time that had been texted and emailed to me for 2:30 pm. I was told at reception that my mother's appointment may have to be canceled or rescheduled because we were to be there at 2:00 to fill out tablet registration. Receptionist checked with staff and was told that if it was filled out within 20 minutes the doctor would see my mother. The tablet was returned by 2:40. There were no patients called to the back from the time we arrived until the tablet was turned in. My mother did not get called back until 3:00. We felt like our time had no value. Even if we had gotten there at 2 PM, we would have been there for 1 hour. It already took around 2 months to get an appointment in the first place.
