I recently moved and felt compelled to write a review on FPV. As I can't find anything close to what they offer. The services they offer are excellent. I started with the botox and began to add one by one because os their professionalism and service to the customer. They really care instead of just going through the motions. Facility is clean and the staff is exceptional. If you need ANYTHING they offer I highly recommend them and are worth every penny. Only wish I had them near me. Gentleman, please heed my warning. This is not the place to go for TRT. You want a clinic where the doctor and staff are well versed in hormone therapy. After the last two visits I've had I can wholeheartedly say these people should not be allowed to offer this service. Also, please note if the older positive reviews still show up on their yelp they are from the old staff under the previous owner. I received an email blast from the new owners Dan & Jolie stating all the dirty laundry feud of Bryan & Michelle. This is VERY unprofessional of Dan & Jolie! NO ONE ever needs to know of a previous owners business! EVER! They included both business and personal which makes Dan & Jolie look very desperate because they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS! Trying to discredit a previous owner is bad KARMA! Dan & Jolie DO NOT know what they are doing! I was denied my refill of medication due to my labs were normal! NO SH1T! Tried this place for the first time as it was closer than my usual Med Spa. I was talked in to Botox instead of my usual Dysport and was not happy. One of my eyebrows fell for the first time ever which was not a good look on my honeymoon. I asked about the wrinkles above my lips and the nurse injected some Botox which was her suggestion but I did not notice a difference. Staff was friendly and nice. Place was clean. read more

Focal point was great! As soon as I walked in the door Cassandra put me at ease and relaxed my nerves instantly. Morgan talked me through options to help with some wrinkles that I had concerns about on my forehead. Another Cassandra walked me through pricing and gave honest opinions about my options that helped calm me. still extremely sad that the owner did not fix the problem and no apology. my experience was the worst and am left with incredible regret. a salon should not try to be a medi-spa. many inconsistencies and empty rhetoric. was given the run-around with no resolve. the owner offered nothing. no replacement, no refund. she was not interested in my concerns or experience. just arrogant disregard. her attitude and snappy tone towards me were dismissive and insulting. completely lacks accountability for falling short. actions speak louder than words--when an owner takes no action to serve customer needs and doesn't fix issues within her medi-spa operations (of all places), it gives me serious cause for pause. save yourself the aggravation and don't make the same mistake -- strongly consider other options and -- go somewhere else! read more

I received Botox under my eyebrows and now my eyelids are dropping down. I asked for correction and was told by the male manager "so what you want free botox" I was basically called a liar all though I spent over 2000 on filler in January to my cheeks and lips and had problems there too but being that it was my first time I was told to wait it out. My lips finally are back normal. When I was told the doctor that did my other procedures was gone I was a little worried but I only needed an eyebrow lift this time. The last eye brow lift I received was only 3 units in each eyebrow above my eyebrows. The new lady put FIVE units on each side and UNDER my eyebrows. Took no pictures and wasnt very kind. I was told I would get my money back a WEEK ago and still have not. The manager is rude when you have complaints. ITS MY FACE AND I WILL NOTICE IF SOMETHING IS WRONG. I will not be returning and I just need my money back to go somewhere else to correct my eyelids. I want to feel comfortable if I am getting work done and this isn't a forever home for me. Oh and I will update with the managers name . He also told me nothing is wrong with your face , I would think if you come back saying you see no improvement and a new issue they would help.... but wrong. And no before pictures were taking by the lady who they claim has 20 years of experience????? If that was the case wouldn't she know to do that ? I certainly do now .
