They have a "cut-off" time to check in at 9am, they will not let you enter the classroom past this time. The food is garbage, oatmeal every day, no utensils for the older kids. The leaders don't care about your children, they just want your money. They try to find ways to send the children home early (based off a couple other parents I have spoken to). One of the staff members are very aggressive physically with the "more difficult" kids and when they don't listen or are having a hard time. Based on what our daughter said we suspect that she was told not to tell us. One of the staff made a false CPS allegation for a rash caused by eczema, which we suspect was because we were complaining about bullying, and that we were not buying a holistic medicine suggested by one of the staff. My two youngest children are being treated for eczema and all the staff were made aware of this. We were often called at work to pick up our infant because she was spitting up which the doctor told us is completely normal for a baby. My husband and I are currently looking into a lawsuit as well as making a police report. Making a false CPS claim is a misdemeanor in Virginia that carries up to a year of jail time.

Kids are regularly told, "If you were my kid, you wouldn't sit down for a week," things like that. I reported the abuse but they did nothing because I didn't realize how widespread it was; multiple teachers laugh when a teacher is "fed up" and threatens a kid. They all do it. It is terrifying. These kids can't defend themselves, and they can't tell us that it's happening, but it is awful and they need help. ​

As first time parents it meant the world to us that we knew our baby was safe and well cared for. All of the staff (not only the infant teachers) were kind and wonderful! The facility is clean, safe, and educational. They have an app that keeps you up to date on your child's activity throughout the day. They send out announcements through the app and you can also pay for tuition through it. Although we aren't at this daycare anymore due to moving we still pop in to visit. We truly miss them! When my son moved to the two-year-old classroom, we were told they would help with potty training -- but within a week they began complaining about accidents and even suggested we bring in Pampers. It was clear they just didn't want to do their job. I refused, and ironically, my son's potty training improved right after that. The food they serve is subpar -- my son comes home hungry every day. Classrooms are often combined because they're short-staffed, creating chaos and disorganization. When incidents happen, they rarely communicate unless you call to ask what happened. One of the most concerning experiences was when my son came home with his face visibly swollen from crying. We were told he had a hard time going to sleep at nap time -- but we picked him up at 5 p.m., which means he was left crying unattended for an extended period of time. That's completely unacceptable and heartbreaking for any parent to hear. Worst of all, the director is dismissive and gaslights parents instead of being transparent or taking accountability. If you care about your child's safety, nutrition, and emotional well-being, run far away from this place.
