I can not say enough about the staff, they are absolutely amazing. The staff have always returned my calls, know my name when i come in, and i have never had to wait more than 5 min to be seen. David Tom Connor and Sam are super amazing. They all took the time to listen to how I got injured, what my complaints were, where I would feel pain while doing the exercises. If I was in any type of pain while doing an exercise they would think of another way to do it so I could still continue to strengthen the area I needed to. Absolutely amazing team. P.s. She gave me incremental exercises that led to not just a full recovery, but strength, range of motion, and flexibility that I had not had before my injury. Sevaughn, her therapy assistant is also amazing with an encouraging very professional attitude dove tailed with attention to detail, fine tuning the subtleties of each assigned exercise to give maximum benefit. The physical improvement was coupled with a sense of caring and consistent compassion. I saw it with all their clients. It gave me a profound sense of comparison to the very impersonal and uncaring attitude of the PT site I had been released from. And, finally I want to express my sincere appreciation to the welcoming reception staff greeting each person by first name. They were immensely helpful and their phone calls were very kind and courteous. Once again, in comparison to my previous PT location, I could not remember anyone ever being called by first name upon the check in process. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

From checking in w/ Britany/Charity to getting assessed by Dr. Kacie to being guided by PT Assistants Alex, Jesse & Luis, they are all focused on helping clients get back to their regular activity level. What sucks is how they handle insurance. It really shouldn't have costed me more but I somehow had to pay an extra $179 for three sessions despite my insurance being able to cover this. Thus, you should double check with them to make sure they would process your insurance correctly.

Extremely disappointed with ATI Physical Therapy and their billing practices…read more Before I even scheduled my first appointment, I specifically asked them to verify my insurance and tell me exactly what my cost would be per visit. I was told it would be approximately $60. I intentionally waited several days for them to verify my insurance information before moving forward because I wanted to know the cost upfront. At my first visit, I was charged $65. It was $5 more than quoted, but I didn't make an issue of it. Now, approximately 25 days later, ATI is trying to charge me an ADDITIONAL $95 for that same visit. That brings the total cost of ONE physical therapy visit to $160. When I called customer service, I was told the original $65 was supposedly only a "deposit." That was NEVER explained to me. Had I been told that $65 was simply a deposit and that I could later be billed another $95, I would have never agreed to the appointment. What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked for the cost BEFORE scheduling and gave them time to verify everything with my insurance. Their customer service experience only made the situation worse. Patients deserve transparency about what they are agreeing to pay. Quoting someone around $60, collecting $65 at the appointment, and then nearly a month later billing another $95 is completely unacceptable to me. I would absolutely NOT recommend ATI Physical Therapy based on my experience. If you decide to use them, I strongly recommend getting your expected TOTAL cost in writing before receiving any services.

Her assessments are incredibly thorough--she doesn't just treat symptoms, she finds and addresses the root cause of the issue. When I first started seeing her, I could barely stand up and sit down due to the pain in my knees (degenerative arthritis), and seeing her combined with the exercises that she has recommended, I am now able to do weighted squats, which I never thought I'd be able to do again. Bree is remarkably detail-oriented and has a rare gift for identifying what's really going on, even with complex or lingering injuries. Her treatment plans are not only effective in the short term, but they create lasting improvements. Thanks to her, I've made progress I didn't think was possible with The osteoarthritis in my knees and a couple issues I had with my foot.
