The kids have…read moresome appointments via Google Meet & often times the therapists will be late or not show up at all. Their reasons are because they were waiting for the kid in clinic. Then my daughter in law will get texts or calls wanting to know why we weren't there & want to charge a no show fee. If you call the office no one answers the phone. Apparently the Surprise office is in charge of that. Why don't we have a direct line to the office for scheduling issues or if we need to change dates because someone is sick? I mean they do have phones on their desks. Also they will change the schedule to accommodate someone else with a last-minute change for us.
