Had I been told that $65 was simply a deposit and that I could later be billed another $95, I would have never agreed to the appointment. What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked for the cost BEFORE scheduling and gave them time to verify everything with my insurance. Their customer service experience only made the situation worse. Patients deserve transparency about what they are agreeing to pay. So after TONS of research I found ATI in Sun City. Luckily for me I worked with Dr Andrew Slaven!!! He has what I call the Triffecta: knowledge, compassion and professionalism!! He was probably the best PT I've ever had! The only reason why I'm unable to continue my PT with Andrew is because I now have a more pressing diagnosis of heart failure and need to do cardiac rehab first. Once I'm done with that I plan to go back to ATI!!! You should check them out too!! You will be glad that you did!

I have been coming to ATI off and on for almost a year. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I…read morehave been getting care for Achilles tendonitis. The first time around I was trying to do the exercises, but was having too much difficulty. I had to go to a podiatrist and wear a boot for 8 weeks. This time around the exercises are much easier and it is looking like it will definitely be a success. The place is always busy, but the therapists always have time to give everyone one on one care. I would highly recommend them for any pt needs.

Page was my therapist, and I became more and more comfortable with my balance and strength. By the end of my treatment program, I passed all of my goals. I was particularly pleased with the team concept here. All therapists had ongoing computers for every patient. If Page was busy with another client Dustin, Taylor, or Chelsea would continue with the routine designated on thecomputer computer. It was a very efficient way to run a therapy session. Came here for physical therapy treatment after experiencing severe mobility issues from a major…read moresurgery. This was my first visit and everybody was professional and friendly. I was treated by Physical Therapist Kayla Janowski and shown recovery type of exercises at the facility with instructions to repeat at home. Kayla was very accommodating with my physical limitations and restrictions. She is a great listener and allowed me to go at my own pace. I am scheduled to come back for more treatments. I would highly recommend ATI Physical Therapy.

What I like about these people is that they're relatively on time when you come in for your…read moreappointment. I like the friendly people and how they're good at showing you how to do all the stretches and they also give you good handouts so that you can continue your physical therapy at home. What sucks is how they handle insurance. It really shouldn't have costed me more but I somehow had to pay an extra $179 for three sessions despite my insurance being able to cover this. Thus, you should double check with them to make sure they would process your insurance correctly.

Had no answers and assumed that I needed insurance for an assessment. I get it, but it took a few to get the simple answer. $130 to find out what they can do. Just not the place for me.
