The teachers know my children well and take great care of them. The one year old room teacher is especially amazing! She is so calm, patient, and caring. She sends pictures every day on the procare app along with a summary of their daily activities. I am simply amazed by how much my daughter has learned about colors, counting, animals, etc, at less than 2 years old! Both of my kids get to do lots of hands-on learning and art projects. The outside area is big with lots of toys and room to run around. The front office staff is super friendly and communicates well. They do a wonderful job of accommodating my daughter's milk allergy. TLE has been a blessing for my daughter & myself, she has been enrolled with TLE since beginning of November 2023. Before this she was enrolled in a care facility in California where I noticed signs of sadness, neglect, and unfortunately abuse. Since my daughter has started this facility, she wakes up excited to get her day started and go to school, she talks about her "ABCD" (the letter blocks in the front) school and she's excited to see her teachers Ms. Deanna & Ms. Tiela. I receive DAILY photos and updates of food, activities, naps & potty times of my daughter. Ms. Samantha(I hope I got her name correct) always makes it her duty to come out of her office (located as soon as you walk in to your right) and make sure everything is going well with not just the children but you as a parent. The front desk staff are all so welcoming and they make sure to remember who your kid is which makes this experience all the more better for the parent. I feel extremely safe and secure with my daughter attending this facility and I couldn't be any happier with the choice. The prices tend to fluctuate but never more than a few dollars and if you have any questions about your pricing the girls never hesitate to print you up statements of what your being charged and the best part of this all they also have an area on the TLE app where you see these exact things as well. The infant room teachers made me feel so comfortable and most importantly my baby girl loves it! It's only been a couple months but she leaves with a smile on her face and doesn't cry when I drop her off anymore. The app updates are fabulous- they tell us what she ate, when she napped, diapers changed and of course the best part PICTURES! I love that they send me pictures of her while I'm at work. You have the usual hiccups with a new baby at daycare- lots of illness being spread between the kids, but they are really good about giving us notice for when stuff is starting to spread. The classrooms are clean and despite all the other kids in the room I really feel like my little girl is getting a lot of individualized attention. Seriously amazing place I can't recommend it enough Update: She has since moved into the older classroom and her teacher is also phenomenal! She learns a lot and is always coming home with new pictures and her vocabulary is really taking off. They also threw a really cute event for Halloween and have fun parties. Just absolutely love this place and the teachers- Ashley the director, Josie in the infant room, Emily in the 1 year old room and Kayleigh in the older 1s and 2s (I think that is her name, yikes I feel bad) are some of the stand outs. Daycare is of course expensive but for the quality of the teachers, it's really a great value.

Director staff is nice one day then looks bothered your dropping off a child contributing to her pay check. Day care staff rarely smiles and facial expressions makes it very clear if they don't like a child in their care. I highly recommend for your child's best interest to stay clear from this location.
