Unsure if this is "in play" here, but more and more medical practices are nothing more than shells macerating for some conglomerate. Doctors are employees without any ownership or oversight for the staff. Staff turnover is horrific with least cost apparent. There is a valley urology multi-location practice than worse than this. She didn't hesitate: "Don't bother looking at anyone else in the Valley. Go see Russo." In that heavy accent. I'm glad I listened. As a nurse myself with 26 years of experience, I've seen it all -- the good, the bad, and the downright scary. Dr. Russo is one of the best. His father was a physician, and I can say with confidence his Father should be incredibly proud of the surgeon and human being his son has become. Dr. Russo isn't just a highly skilled surgeon with a stellar track record and excellent credentials. What really stood out to me was his bedside manner. He never once made me feel rushed. He listened. He cared. And you can tell he genuinely loves what he does -- there's no trace of the burnout you sometimes see in seasoned surgeons. On top of it all, he's a family man with kids of his own, so he gets it. He understands how a bum hip doesn't just affect you, it affects your whole family. That empathy came through in every interaction. I had a left hip replacement and walked out the same day with not just a new joint, but a new outlook on life. I'm excited to soon tie my own shoes again, to ride a bike pain-free, to live my life again. If you're considering surgery and you're lucky enough to get in with Dr. Russo -- don't think twice. Thank you Dr Russo!

I also tried homeopathy, which helped a little, but it only masked the symptoms instead of addressing the root cause. Finding Dr. Marchand was such a relief. For the first time, I felt like I truly understood what was going on with my body and more importantly, how to actually treat it. I would highly recommend Dr. Marchand to anyone struggling with abnormally heavy periods. It has honestly been life-changing for me. The entire process was smooth and straightforward. I was clearly given my options and ultimately chose a surgical solution. The procedure was scheduled quickly, and my recovery was very manageable, no worse than a typical week of menstrual cramps. I'm so grateful to have finally found real answers and real relief!

They also took forever to get an authorization requested and I had to call them every day to get it done in a timely manner. The office should not take that long to get an authorization as I work in this type of field for insurance. They don't take long. The care was very rushed because the doctor was always running behind. The office staff seems very stuck up and spoiled. They don't seem to be genuine. They have a front desk lady who is absolutely rude and she will tell you to stop arguing with her when you don't appreciate the care you're getting and she snaps on you for making a complaint against her attitude. She also has hung up on me before. I have also requested to get a copy of my records from the office and they refuse to give me my own records. I have asked for a print out, or an email. Since they don't have a pt portal to obtain records. The office flat out told me that they can't do that and they have to receive a fax from me. I am under then 30 years old so I don't have a fax system in my house. They also mention that the office does not have access to the medical records. So if the office does not have access to the medical records? Then who does? That's not a breach of privacy what so ever. I have even expressed to the office I don't have access to fax, but I can come down to the office and fill out a form of release for confidential purposes if needed and I will be gladly to take the printed copy of my records. And they refuse that. I have already made a complaint against the U.S. Department Of Health and Human Services Office since they are refusing my rights as a patient. Also here is a screen shot of them basically saying they don't care I have submitted a complaint through U.S. Department Of Health And Human Services. Just by their response they think they are above the law by refusing to give me my records when I don't have a fax

At my last visit to the hospital for a small blocked bowel, the attending surgeon told me he needed to see me in 10 days and that we needed to find out what keeps causing the problem. I googled him and read the Doctor's Yelp review, it was only 3 and a half stars. I'm sure he's a good Doctor, but I wanted a great and out of this world Doctor. So, I punched "small blocked bowel" into google; only one Doctor's name came up, Dr. Ghazanfari. Then I read his Yelp reviews; they were outstanding. I gave his office a call and the rest is history. He lived up to his reviews. When I showed up to his office, he had already studied my visits to the ER, and came up with a plan for me. I was to go to get a diagnostic laparoscopy. Before, I went for my laparoscopy on July 12th, Dr. Ghazanfari prepared me for the upcoming laparoscopy. He told me of the best that could happen (quick fix) or the worst outcome (tumor/taking out a section of intestine). Thankfully, it was an easy fix! I've learned that bedside manner is a good thing, but not always necessary. One of the most important things for a Doctor to have is genius or maybe intuition? I'm happy to say that Dr. Ghazanfari has both! Not only that, he has an excellent bedside manner! Sorry, I took so long. But, I'm a very sickly person with bizarre illnesses. I'm sure there are many like me out there. So I wanted to put a great, big, flashing arrow towards Dr. Ghazanfari if you have a small blocked bowel or any problem internally.

The first surgeon was very nice, but I wasn't ready to hear that news, and wanted to verify. Dr. Perry agreed with the first assessment. I chose him based on several factors. First, he is a trauma surgeon, experienced in big, messy issues. He also has a great deal of experience in fixing complications from old orthopedic surgeries. He was recommended to me by a friend who had many hip replacement complications- that Dr. Perry repaired. Another reason that I chose him is that he showed me something on my imaging that everyone else missed. And it was important! I'm a retired nurse, and I think you pick the one who fixes the worst of the worst, just in case. Dr. P. Evangelista was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and explained what he would do, how it would help, and what the potential problems could be. I am 6 weeks out from my second replacement, and I couldn't be happier. I've had no complications. I am able to do a lot that I couldn't do when I first saw him. I am able to lift my grandkids, get down on the floor (and get up again), and I'm walking without a limp for the first time in a few years. I am so happy to have chosen Dr. P.Evangelista. I would highly recommend him. The staff has been very friendly to me. Front desk is very efficient and has been very pleasant/accomodating when I've called. Melissa, surgery scheduler, is great. The MA's and Xray people are always really sweet and fun. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

But from the moment I walked in, Dr. Hall and his entire staff made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. During the procedure, I was shocked I literally felt no pain. Afterward, I went home, rested, and still had no pain just soreness. The next day was just mild soreness, easily managed with Tylenol. I was already up, walking around, and even working on my computer while following all post-op instructions. This has truly been an incredible experience. From the moment I met Dr. Amini I felt something I hadn't felt in a long time -- hope. His calm, confident demeanor was matched by an incredible ability to explain what was going on, what needed to happen, and how we would tackle it together. What others saw as a high-risk, complicated case, he approached with meticulous precision and unwavering confidence. The post-operative care I received was equally exceptional. Although, I weeks in the hospital Dr. Amini checked in constantly, listened to my concerns, and always made me feel heard and respected.
