While I was receiving an infusion, I desperately needed a cortisone injection. Even though Dr. DeFrancisco wasn't at that location that day, he responded to my message almost immediately, coordinated with the staff between offices, and arranged for Dr. Tyler to see me right then and there without a scheduled appointment. That level of teamwork, communication, and patient care is rare, and it meant so much to me.
