My sister, husband and I knew we wanted to do a Yoga class while on vacation and this studio made it really easy for us. They offer all kinds of classes and at all different times of the day. They have single class passes, multi day passes and unlimited classes. It really just depends on how much you want to go while on vacation. If I lived on the Island, I would buy the unlimited pass for sure! They had a little shop out front and a large studio. It seemed very clean and professional. The class we chose was beginners Yoga even though we had done Yoga before. I felt the class moved very well from one pose to the next. The instructor was very nice and very pleasant to listen to. We used a strap to help with the stretching, which we have never done in our Yoga classes but I really enjoyed that. It really helped with the stretch. We really wanted to do the Yoga on the beach but it was just so early and we were not really sure where it met. Hopefully next year we can get up early enough and attend the beach Yoga. If you are on vacation or live in the vicinity, I would definitely recommend coming here for a Yoga class. They also have guided meditation classes as well

At the end, we did partner work and had a great time attempting hand stands, as well as doing group challenges. The props were all very high quality.
