I told them that I was interested in signing up. However, usually when you go to a new gym, they will let you have a day pass or at least give you a tour of the gym, that was not the case here. They told me that I could not pay the $22 to sign up for the month because their system was down so I asked if I could just try the gym out for the night. They said that they were not able to do that either. However I could pay $10 and get a day pass but they wouldn't let me pay the $22 for an entire month... after seeing the other reviews not sure if I'm going to even try and go back to this gym at this point there's just not many other options in Cape Coral.

Who answered the phone it was a guy and he also had a nose piercing he did not say his name at all When I called to ask about gym rules and requested to speak with a manager, I was told I would not be transferred unless I provided my full name. I was also told that I needed to explain the reason for my questions, and at one point I was told my questions were "stupid." The call then ended abruptly while I was still trying to clarify the situation. I found this interaction to be unprofessional and unhelpful, especially when I was simply trying to understand your gym policies. I was not given clear or respectful information, and I was not given the opportunity to speak with a manager. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that people be provided with clarification regarding your gym rules and appropriate procedures for member communication.
