Also, the bags I really love from Michael Kors are the ones that are more special occasion bags than an every day wear bag, so it was even more of a no-go for me. That all changed when I walked into the Michael Kors outlet on Labor Day, and the yellow bag of my dreams was on sale for $107, a price point I could absolutely get behind. I also fell in love with another small black bag featuring gold chains and matte leather that is perfect for the holiday season. This one was $143 which was a bit of a splurge for me honestly, but I'd seen bags similar to this one go for upwards of $300, so it was too good to pass up. My cashier was friendly and also as excited about my purchases as I was, which goes a long way for me as far as the shopping g experience goes. He even pulled brand new versions of these bags from the back so that I didn't have to purchase floor models that had been tried on before. If you're in the Tanger Outlets and need a new bag, this is a must stop.

The customer service is amazing, many of the employees are willing to help and even find a new bag wrapped up in the back which I truly love! He was always prompt, quick to tell you a story as well as making suggestions on your picture or shadow box. Reggie made a really cool shadow box for us, with our signed concert tickets and as well as mounting our album. He was very creative with this project, all said and done it came out picture perfect! Over the summer my family bought me a Mickey Mouse cell from the D21 store. This Mickey Mouse picture has cool sneakers, a hat, glasses and is sipping a drink. Everyone said it was me and bought me this cell. I brought it to Reggie to mount, he suggested a beautiful frame with a linen mount. The end result, its a great looking picture that always receives complements. Frame That Art and Gallery, is located on busy 25A in Miller Place. If you have a picture that needs a frame, stop at Starbucks and buy Reggie a coffee. Chat with him and ask him about his last family vacation. He's a proud man and tells a great story. The day before we had this fun family outing planned I called Laura from The Coastal Concierge in a panic. She said Don't worry! I'll find you a boat and call you back in a hour. Not only did she do exactly as promised but she found us the perfect boat, with the perfect driver and the price was right! Next time I will skip the idea of doing the work myself and call the Coastal Concierge immediately!

I was so excited to work with Laura but…read moreunfortunately her customer service and demeanor (especially once payment is made!) is just awful. My husband planned a bonfire on the beach for my birthday and we were so looking forward to it. We've worked with party planners in the past and I thought Laura was one who really cared about her customer too. I was wrong. The forecast showed rain on the day of our bonfire and Laura's behavior and attitude toward us was unlike anything I've ever experienced. We spent thousands of dollars on this event and it was hurtful to receive callous responses from someone we trusted with our event. First, I sent Laura a message days before asking if we could speak about the weather and her response was "sure but it says no rain, only in the morning." Then, Laura went on to say on the phone that we were the only clients she has ever worked with that didn't have a home big enough to just move it inside (which is insulting and elitist). On the day of the bonfire, I didn't hear a peep from her. Basically just "yes or no?". She also said that even if it didn't rain she wouldn't be able to set it up nicely as planned because the sand was wet. (Yet she'd written me a text saying "it's only going to rain in the morning so what's the issue?" Bizarre.) I truly felt that Laura didn't care at all about our event happening because she was already paid. It was hurtful. Imagine spending considerable money on a celebration and not even getting a message saying "I'm so sorry this didn't work out". Or "Hey, can I at least drop off some of the stuff you paid for it?" Nothing. Our experience with Coastal Concierge left such a bad taste in our mouths on what was supposed to be a happy and joyous celebration. We made a mistake hiring Laura. I would not recommend working with her.
