Losing a beloved cat is devastating on its own, but the way the situation was handled by this animal hospital made an already unimaginable experience even more painful.My friend entrusted this animal hospital with the care of their beloved cat during an incredibly emotional and difficult time. Instead of being met with compassion, empathy, and professionalism, they left feeling dismissed, upset, and deeply hurt by the way the staff handled the situation. No family should have to experience the loss of a pet while also feeling unsupported by the very people who are supposed to provide comfort and care. The lack of sensitivity and professionalism during such a heartbreaking moment only added to their grief.I understand that veterinary medicine can be stressful and emotionally demanding, but kindness and compassion should never be overlooked. Pets are family, and their owners deserve to be treated with respect during one of the worst days of their lives. Based on what my friend experienced, I would encourage others to carefully consider where they choose to bring their pets. I sincerely hope this hospital takes these concerns seriously and works to improve how they communicate with and support grieving families.

Milo came from a puppy mill and then a shelter, so he has a few issues. Ed and Donna care for him so well and love him despite the fact that he's not the easiest dog. In addition, she kept me updated with videos and pictures of Candy swimming and playing everyday. I am so happy I found them and will definitely travel with no worries from now on knowing my dog is safe and happy.
