I witnessed a nurse coming into my relative's room to take a blanket from her bed beacause she had 2, to give to another patient. I was left with a very, very sad impression of this place. I was helped once after my surgery and the rest of the 7 days I stayed there I was on my own. I saw blood on the floor, a bathroom wasn't working, the washing machine wasn't working.. I couldn't get my faja washed 3 days after my surgery until I came home and washed it there...the home was overbooked and some girls had to sleep on the recliner with their suitcases in the living. I was in extreme pain and since the world was dealing with Covid I was hesitant to go to therapy since I was relatively new to the process. I decided to begin since my problems where just getting worse. The therapy at NextGen changed my life because I no longer live in pain and I am getting better and better with each session. Dealing with Rotator Cuff issues and Back issues was grueling and seeing how every week my pain was better and my movements were improving was incredible for me to feel. Javier the owner and his staff or Physical Therapy Specialists among them Laney , Mike are just superb in how much they know as to how to heal you. I never knew how effective physical therapy wass and it has literally changed my life and made me be able to move 90 percent better. They are Superb, their facilities are great, their staff and how they handle each person in their unique way is next to none. . They are there to heal and I could not conceive how I would be today without their help in working with my Doctors orders and proving the best Therapy for me and all their patients needs. Anytime I needed to be seen, I have been accommodated and treated with respect. My mother in law had an injury and needed a referral and Javi knew who I should call, she was seen, operated on, and was later in therapy with Laney another one of his partners. It doesnt matter the injury, he is smart, caring, and capable. His entire staff, sister, and mother will take their time to make sure to fit you in and to make sure you feel better before you leave.
