Check in was easy, girls at desk were friendly. Dr was a judgmental jerk who had zero personality. They don't take cash, so they put some random person on a stupid monitor and then you pay with the credit card machine. Meanwhile the chic on the monitor told me I owed $349 for the 2 min visit...fortunately I had checked website prior to going and knew it was $199. When questioned, she stammered and stuttered and made some lame excuse before finally saying it was $199. Had I not already known it should've been $199, I would've assumed and believed the $349 price. $199 was a rip off in itself but trying to overcharge me was BS. Going here only reaffirmed why I don't go to dr's or deal with anyone in the health industry for myself and won't make that mistake again. read more

Everyone I interacted was friendly and helpful. They have a pharmacy in the building if you don't want to make another stop. Would recommend for an urgent care. read more

By far, one of the most professional and efficient experiences I've ever had at an urgent care. Baptist Health Urgent Care in Plantation truly took care of me. I was able to reserve my spot online, and upon arrival, the check-in process was quick and seamless. The lobby was completely empty, and I was called back within seven minutes. I underwent testing for COVID, strep throat, and flu--and was impressed by how quickly they accommodated me and began treatment for my cold symptoms. The entire process was smooth and timely. One detail I really appreciated was the patient room chart, which clearly outlines each step of the visit and tracks your progress in real time. Took my husband here as he was short of breath and not feeling well. We thought it was heat exhaustion as his symptoms developed the day before while he was playing street hockey. Dr did a chest X-ray and said he had pneumonia. They did not draw blood to check for other issues. They did a Covid and flu test. He was completely MISDIAGNOSED. He had actually had a heart attack and this would have been detected with a blood test to check his troponins and heart enzymes. This urgent care facility is TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. My husband is lucky to be alive--and certainly not because of this place. Do NOT go to this urgent care...EVER!!! read more

This will be my fourth time going to this urgent care and honestly they do such a great job. You can check in online which makes it even faster to get seen, which I think is a great perk and the receptionist is always very nice. The doctors there take you seriously and address all of your concerns. I recently went for an ear infection and Im a frequent flier in urgent cares and I told them that normally I need a steroid shot because my ear infections get really bad and they listened. I honestly feel better the day of leaving urgent care. This place is very clean and they keep it up very nice, I would honestly recommend it to anyone in the area. read more

I had the opposite of what most people experienced here. Waited very little to get in, was treated pretty much immediately and release with my prescriptions waiting for me at my local CVS. No pleading, no attitudes and everything was straightfoward. Super clean inside and out. Very professional staff. Plenty of parking. I'm on my happy way to recovery and I hope you have a similar experience when you arrive. read more

This place is a rip off! My wife waited 2 hours for 2 x-rays. They billed our insurance, in - network, for $2176. Thier self pay price ( tier 4 ) is $599. To add insult to injury UHC approved $1305. NEVER GOING BACK! read more

Would rate this place zero stars if possible. My girlfriend got a large cut on her hand and we headed to this facility. When we walked into the urgent care there was no one at the front desk. We went to the main desk of the building and the man there had no sense of urgency. Said the front desk girl was probably in the bathroom. We went back in and waited for her. A nurse came out saying goodbye to another patient and didn't even look at us. We just left because clearly they don't care there!!!! Do better read more

Sadly I've been to this urgent care 4 times in the last year for Covid, the flu and a few other things but I'm amazed by them every time I go. I have an auto immune issue and tend to get sick or have flare ups often and the urgent care is easier and cheaper than the ER. I've been to other urgent cares in the area and they have long wait times even with no one else in the waiting room, seem dirty and the doctors really don't care. This place is amazing, great communication & care, super clean and high tech equipment. They have a medicine vending machine you can use with your prescription and it's usually much cheaper than going to my pharmacy and using my insurance. I really appreciate them and love that they can easily refer me to one of their doctors as well. read more

Worst Urgent Care in Miami! After 5 months, they sent me a bill for over $700. They charged for "services" such as reading an X-ray, which the doctor said was inconclusive or poorly taken, interpreting a blood test that showed nothing, and reviewing COVID and H1N1 tests and both of which were NEGATIVE. This was the explanation I received from the hospital staff about rhe "Services". To summarize, the doctor diagnosed me with bronchitis, even though I've never had a respiratory illness before. The next day, I went to another emergency room and found out I had H1N1. As for the bill: the hospital told me that if I didn't pay, it would go straight to collections, but if I did pay, I could settle it for $75 per month. Oh, what nice people! Great place! Horrible experience at this facility this last Saturday. Upon arrival, we were told it would be one hour to one hour and a half wait. We went there because my son fell and cut his head. We were brought inside 2 hours later but then it took another hour for the doctor to show up. After 1 minute, the doctor said he needed staples. The nurse came in to numb the area and told us the doctor would be back in 20-30 minutes. We waited for another hour and no one showed up. After 4 hours and nothing done, we got up and left. Went to Joe DiMaggio Children's ER and just after one hour we were driving home with our son taken cared of. read more

Had an outpatient procedure done in surgery. Arrived at 6:00 am, back home 3 hours later. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who answered my questions and were very efficient in their care. No complaints. Very satisfied. read more

I checked in to this urgent care at 1PM and was discharged after 3:30PM for a sprained ankle. There was only one patient in front me in the waiting room. This is worst than going to ER, the worst part I spoke to the doctor for less than 60 seconds and he didn't even examine my ankle. He just gave me the X-Ray report and left the room. do not come here for primary care. they tested me for UTI and said I had nothing, went to another doctor who actually did their job correct, and test came back positive so i was given a script. worst experience with a doctor office, none of the nurses actually care, they tried scheduling a test 3 weeks out until I complained so they tested me and ended up doing it wrong anyway.
