It was quite busy (and many people had reserved tables in the main space, to we were told to sit in the little patio in the back. I was originally worried about the cold, but the patio was so well heated, I was even able to take off my coat for a little bit. Their rhum menu is insane, and both me and my brother for delicious rhum cocktails, although I'm honestly having trouble remembering exactly which ones. We both ordered tacos (one of the only items on their surprisingly limited menu for a Tapas place). I got the fish tacos and my brother got the chicken ones. Not the best tacos in the world but definitely serviceable. We both decided that although both good, the chicken was better. We also got the churros for dessert which were fine, but weirdly underdone in the middle, I didn't know if it was purposeful. The service was a bit slow, I sometimes wondered if the server had forgotten about us since we were in the back patio, but our server was so sweet it really made up for it. We were super glad we checked them out because it had everything we were looking for. First, the craft selection was on point and quite ample. The NEIPA's I had were spot on. But for the rest of the group, who were not interested in beer, they also had a selection of cocktails and wine. And it was just a nice spot--yes, it was lively, but it wasn't over-bearing. Small portions, lack of flavor, and extreme prices made for a very unpleasant dining experience. If not an already frustrating experience, we then went to find our server so we could pay and finally leave. Upon walking to the bar we saw them eating and lounging on their phones. This was a very unpleasant experience and the bill being nearly $90 was laughable for what we received. I would recommend looking into other restaurants in the area unless you are wanting to have a terribly underwhelming experience.
