Two ordered the prawns and chicken and it was also inedible. The kids liked their cheeseburgers but one of the kids ordered the veal and it smelled like dog piss on a blanket that's been in the garage for a month. Dessert was also bad. Four little puff pastry balls filled with cream and covered with at least a cup or two of cheap chocolate sauce. The crème brûlée was equally disgusting. The cheesecake was just ok. Other dishes that received good reviews from the table included a cheese platter, the cactus dessert (mojito mousse and lemon sorbet), the fish of the day (which was cod), and the mushroom risotto. We also ordered a bottle of Cava Montjuic, which tasted similar to many other sparkling white wines. One problem to note was that we were not alerted that the fish of the day had clams atop it, which posed a problem for the recipient of the dish who has a shellfish allergy. Not sure what kind of sauces were used (one red and one white) but they added a beautiful taste to these already yummy potatoes. Meat croquettes - Scrumptious! These croquettes have a mix of minced meats inside that are so tender and flavorful. And the breading is absolutely perfect. They paired perfectly with my wine too.
