The other owner, whose name I also forget, is an insane in the best way character, tattooed from head to toe. Got a snake bite the first round, and then a Guinness to round out the evening before walking over to Mercato Centrale for a late night bite. The way he pours the beer into the glass, clears the foam off, and dips the glass so its all nice and perfect for you. Such a pro. Their selection of artisan beers is not overwhelming, there is a little bit of everything, and Ale will tell you what is good for you if you tell him what you like. They have my precious Cider!
