This is our first time going to this place with our dog, Chloe. Prior to entrance we signed a waiver, one per adult. This place has plenty of space for the dogs to roam around without leashes. We did not know if Chloe would like this place or not, so we got the day pass. It cost about almost $17 after tax for our day pass today. The other pass options that they sell including annual pass and month to month pass. There are plenty of staff here today to watch and intervene if needed. We stayed here for about 1 hour. There is a place here to eat and buy drinks, which is a plus.
Don't judge... We came here without dogs so that we could enjoy watching other dogs that aren't reactive enjoy time playing with each other! We can dream, eh? :) Love the open space with so many fun areas for the dogs to play and the humans to hang. Large indoor and patio dining area. Leashed dogs are allowed in the patio area. What we ordered: - Hot honey chicken sandwich (4/5): Low spice level, fresh chicken, sweet sauce. Very good sandwich. $11 with fries is a good price. Fries were decent (3.5/5) but small'ish portion. - chopped salad w/ grilled chicken (4/5): Yummy salad with sweet'ish dressing. Chicken was tender and very flavorful. Could have used some olives for some enhanced flavor. Service was friendly. She was covering a large area with quite a few customers.
We love love love love love this spot! It all started last New Year's when they had a "noon" years eve ball drop that was too cute to handle! They dropped hundreds of tennis balls at lunchtime and it was so popular. They had to do it again at 1 o'clock since there were so many doggies still waiting to get in! We opted for a year-long membership and have been taking our dog there ever since. There are daily members specials on top of the weekday happy hour, and even specific breed meet ups on Sunday afternoons. I absolutely love the local partnerships with breweries, distilleries, and coffee, places to make the best of the local talent. The food is absolutely great to at a very reasonable price point. Can't recommend this enough!
Note: This is a review is for the food portion of the bar and not the whole business. Our pup absolutely adores the park itself. Today we stopped by with two of our local friends who had never been and decided to get snacks for 1/2 price snack day (Mondays for members). The Chicken Bites were one of the better appetizers I've had from BarK and I would absolutely get them again (especially at half price). When I ordered, I immediately closed out the tab and was charged full price. When I flagged down the waitress to ask her about it, she was apologetic and said the issue was the Wi-Fi when serving outside. She went back into the system and changed the charge. If this is a known issue, I wish they would just work on fixing the Wi-Fi reach. Our two issues with the appetizers were that a good portion of the chicken bites were overly-sauced fried bits with no chicken in them and the cheese on the potato chips congealed quite quickly. As usual, we got the Chocolate Lab drinks which were refreshing and fun. They transport you back to your yahoo drinking days.

Perfection! Good drinks, good food and dog friendly. Who could ask for anything more? Even without having my own my own dogs with me, I had a great time at Bar K. Bar K has everything a dog loving parent could want. They've got grooming, boarding, self-wash booths and scoop bags everywhere if by chance you forget or run out of your own. I was truly impressed with the cleanliness of both the inside and outside. With the high volume of dogs, the staff and responsible dog owners keep this place in tip top shape. If I still lived in STL, I'd be a regular here and being recently retired, I'd even look into getting a part-time job here. It would have to be a fun place to work, with all the dogs and dog lovers as customers.
The atmosphere is amazing! When you walk-in you have to sign a waiver and then sign your dog up super easy and a smooth process. There is a large dog area soon as you walk in but they also have a small dog area on the inside with garage doors open to the outside. there are two bars inside one allows dogs because it's in the big dog area and the other one is secluded and no dogs are allowed in that area. Outside is very large the big dog area is huge and has hills, doggy games, tons of tennis balls, and much more
There isn't anything bad I can say about this place. If you have a dog, welcome to the biggest, most comprehensive dog park with indoor and outdoor play areas, a full bar and a great menu with burgers, salads, chicken and veggie options. They have on site staff to watch the dog's behavior, even if you sneak inside for a drink. Even if you don't have a dog, but you love them, you should definitely swing by.
We have not tried the food but as dog parks go this is a good place to take your dog if he or she is social and good with other dogs. The staff is very attentive and helpful. No request to tedious. Other dog owners were friendly and there was plenty of space activity and fresh water for your dog. They have a bar and a restaurant so you can relax as well. We will bring our dog often
I decided to take my dog here today because it seemed like an experience! So a non member has to pay $15 and give your pets information. I brought my dogs vaccine records. We walk through the gates and your dog is suppose to be off leash. And there is so much to look at and do. There are obstacles and stuff for your dogs to jump on. Mini pools and sprinklers. They have poop bags and cleaning stuff for everyone there. There is an indoor and outdoor bar. And an indoor restaurant for just people and outdoor for dogs. I love the idea of a restaurant for you and your dog but I wish we could have sat inside because it was so hot out. But I'm sure it's like that for a reason. I also didn't like in the restroom there wasn't a place to put my dogs leash while in there. I wanted to have a mimosa and something to eat quick. The server recommended the chicken tenders and fries so I had that. It was so good and the fries were so crispy. The server also got a bowl of water for my dog and I asked for some flight of dog food for her. I ordered her the chicken risotto, beef stew and the waiter recommended the turkey meatball. It was too hot for her to eat so I brought it home. She loved the meatball the best! My other dogs ate everything else. The staff is so friendly, you can buy souvenirs and dog treats to go. There is a lot of seating outside and inside for everyone. It is about two acres out there. My dog had a great time but by the time we got home she was exhausted. Outside before you enter is also a dog washing station. And this place is also a dog day care. They have lots of events. It is defiantly a place to check out with your dog especially is they love running and playing!

Came on a weekend and there was an ever rotating amount of dogs there! Here are some of my favorite things about Bar K! - The place is HUGE and there's so many things for my dog to do even if she gets bored from playing with other dogs. Also, even though the facilities are huge, I never felt worried about my dog's safety or my dog running away as there are ample people there to watch out for one another. - Everyone here is so nice! I don't know maybe being around this many dogs just makes people happy, but everyone is willing to talk to you and share stories about their dogs. - The dog watching here is impeccable. Because this is not a free dog park, the dogs here are slightly more bougie and you can see it in the way they are groomed and their colors have developed. Every dog here has so many personality and character and they are all such good boys and girls. Also, because people come and go, there is an ever-changing amount of dogs so if you love dogs as much as me, this is definitely the best place for great dog-watching. Also, watching dogs interact with each other is just so funny. The staff only has two purposes (in the best way possible) it seems - separating dogs trying to hump each other and cleaning up pee. It's actually so funny and cute. - The vibes here are impeccable. It's so funny, on the day we came there was a country group playing songs while dogs were howling on the top of their lungs. Genuinely could not be funnier vibes. - This place is great even if you don't have a dog! Honestly, I feel like humans can have equally amount of fun just by being here and being surrounded by all of these dogs and playing with them. Honestly, you can even bring your work laptop here if you are one of those people who can work anywhere and treat this place like a cafe. Overall, 11/10 experience and I can't wait to come back! I will say that I haven't tried any of their food yet, so I can't really talk about that. Also, just a note: I think if you just decide to come on a random day and you have a smaller dog, you might want to watch out because most dogs here are at least medium-sized or bigger. Could potentially be dangerous, maybe, for your dog.
Located in an extremely safe-feeling location of the city with employees on sight watching all the dogs as they get to roam free. There is an extensive bar and resturant to get delicious, fresh food. Absolutely recommend to any doglover. $15 entrance fee per dog for a day pass
Love love love this place! My dog had so much fun running around, playing, and making new friends! All the workers were super nice and helpful! I wish I lived closer so I could visit more often because this place was the best! I'll definitely be returning next time I'm in town!!

Bar K St. Louis has quickly become one of my favorite spots! After loving the Kansas City location, I had to check out STL, and it did not disappoint. I've been here twice with my small pug, and it's a fantastic experience every time. The small dog park here is a standout--it seems to have more dogs compared to KC, which is great for socializing smaller pups. Even though my pug is shy and not always the friendliest, the layout and staff's care help him feel at ease and build his confidence. The vibe is just as fun as KC, with excellent food and drinks to enjoy while your dog plays. After my visits to both locations, getting the membership was a no-brainer. Whether you're in St. Louis or Kansas City, Bar K is an absolute must for dog lovers! read more
Are you kidding me?!? This place is amazing. We stopped to charge up our EV on a road trip with our dogs. We had the weekend to spend in STL so we came back several times. The staff are amazing. There are dog-tenders, staff that watch the off-leash dogs to ensure everyone is getting along. Throughout the park are covered picnic tables, storage containers converted into lounge areas and bars. Scan a barcode to order drinks and have them delivered to you. There is also a covered patio for food and drinks that is dog-on-leash friendly and an indoor climate controlled restaurant where no dogs are allowed. The dog play area dominates the facility with stray tennis balls, kiddie pools, a super, big mound, a play fountain, and lots of dog bowls with water. All the dogs are playing well together, under the care of dog-tenders and owners alike. I only wish these existed where we live. read more
The food is good. Love this place. The dog park is fun! We went on a hot day in late May, 2024 and there was a little kiddie pool for the dogs to enjoy! Some of the bigger dogs wanted to lounge in it all day. Some dogs wanted to play with the water in a splashing / interactive kind of way. So cute. My dogs wouldn't go near the water at all. But they saw other dogs loving it! So that's a plus! I always love the food here. It's good and presented nicely. The staff is great too! All of them! And the beer is good. And the food for the dogs is good. Don't get the "dog beer" though - most dogs don't like it for some reason. They love water, you can get a bowl of water for your pooch. And then the dogs love the beef stew, the vanilla ice cream and cookies. This is the place to spoil your dogs & wear them out !!! read more

By far best place for humans and furry friends to come out at play. Bars and playgrounds everywhere. Big warehouse like but great no matter the weather. Both small or big doggies leased or not. Came here for a holiday Tito's event to raise money for Strays and Rescue. Live DJ and Drag entertainment. Free merch or gift shop. Mary was amazing helping run the event. PAWS DOWN best spot in St.Louis! read more
What a fun place for your doggies! This is pretty much a doggie theme park with beer! I was pleasantly surprised at how well the play areas are attended. We came here for the first time for the beer tasting event. The event was great, but don't bother with the VIP up charge for this one. It's just not needed. I recommend getting there early in the day to get a table outside with an umbrella if it's sunny. read more

I absolutely love this place and so do my dogs! The staff are all so friendly and the doghandlers offer peace of mind as my dogs speed away from me to romp and explore. The food is surprisingly good and they have a large variety of beers on tap. The pup food and drink menu is very cute and my dogs gobbled theirs up. We enjoy grabbing a drink inside and watching our dogs on the big screen as they explore the dog park. I live in Santa Fe and make a point to come out here when visiting my parents. Please open a location in New Mexico! read more

Such an awesome concept!! A place for dogs and humans alike to just kick back and have a doggone good time (pun totally intended)!!! Some friends have been coming to Bar K for awhile now, and have been raving about it. We stopped in on a busy Saturday afternoon to see what all of the fuss was about. After signing a quick waiver, we were promptly checked in and the fun could begin! We opted to come without our pet this time to get a feel for the place and to see if it would be a good fit for him. Admission for pets is $15 for the first pet, and $5 for each additional pet. Prices are a little lower on a weekday. The space is massive and there is so much to see and do! There was an indoor space for pets, but the real fun was being had outside! There were dogs running and playing and having the best time. Bar K did not forget about the humans either. There are several bars throughout the property serving up local beers, and some incredible cocktails! I highly recommend the blackberry bourbon lemonade! We grab lunch at the outdoor patio. Pets are welcome as long as they are leashed in this area. I did not have high expectations for food at a place geared towards pets. I was completely blown away! I ordered the Nashville hot chicken nuggets and let me tell you, they completely exceeded my expectations. Super flavorful and crispy, well seasoned, and well sauced. I added a side of fries and was content with my choices. We tried the house made chicken salad which also got high marks, along with the loaded chips, and pretzel bites. They also thought of the dogs because they have their own food and cocktail menu!!! Our server David was super friendly and took good care of our table!! We definitely recommend a visit with your four legged loved one. You both will be happy and leave satisfied and exhausted after a day of fun!! read more

While I absolutely love Bar K for the dog aspect, the human aspect lacks. The food here is very over priced for the portions you get, and the food isn't even that good. I would recommend eating before you go to Bar K as the food there just isn't worth it. What is worth it though is everything for your fur baby! They have staff in the play area watching dogs, and you are free to have a drink and chill out while they run about. The dog flight was also great. Our dog is an inhaler so it was gone within seconds! He got the stew, the meatball, and ice cream. This I would say is worth it. While we definitely will be coming back as our boy loves it, they could just really up their food game and lower the prices. read more
Bar K is an incredible experience if your dog gets along well with other dogs. There is an outdoor and indoor off-leash dog area where there is no food allowed. There is a human-only indoor dining area as well as a leashed dog only outdoor dining area. The bartenders are fantastic. The only thing that could use work is the restaurant servers. I've been many times and the service is consistently extremely slow and you will have to flag down a server in order to pay. Otherwise, the food is fantastic, especially for what you'd expect at a dog park bar. Also, if you open a tab at a bar, it will not translate to the dining area, despite there being a bar in the dining area and you can order food from the bar. Very confusing. read more

Will be coming back my dog loves it. I like that they separate smaller and larger dogs. My dog acts like a lunatic around bigger dogs so this was nice for her. We went for the frenchie meet up which was super cute to see all the frenchies together. read more

Our first visit was a fun perfect sunny day and lots of dogs everywhere. The restaurant, dog park and playgrounds were large and well designed. Parking can be a challenge on a busy Sunday but we were lucky to find a spot. Beer selection is vast and they have lots of seltzers and whiskeys. We ordered the fries and doggy ice cream from the menu: fries & dipping sauces were tasty and the dog ice cream was covered in what look like cinnamon, but it's not, that's right I tasted it ( I ate dog food). Our service was particularly slow- took 20+ minutes before I caved and walked to the bar and then waited another 10 for a server to come and take the food order and another 15 for it to be delivered. read more

This is a super cool new spot to socialize both you and your dog! This is an indoor/outdoor dog park complete with a bar and restaurant. The entire compound is fenced in sections and they even have a doggy water park area. The food and drink are separated from the Offleash area and there are spots in the unleashed area to leash your pup to a table while you eat. They even have a doggie menu complete with ice cream! They also have dog tenders on site to help facilitate socialization and play with new friends. The food was pretty standard bar food but the atmosphere and ability to have a cocktail whilst you play is amazing! Highly recommend for a fun outing with your k9 companion and friends. read more
This is the only establishment next to the supercharger in St. Louis. Kids and I had to use the bathroom so we walked around the building where the main entrance is. Saw people coming in with dogs so we stood in line to ask if we could use restroom. The lady at the counter asked if we were charging. I said yes and was instructed to fill out the waiver online so I can get the code to scan to go in. We did our business and proceeded to check out the restaurant with a full bar. Apparently this is the place to bring your dog/dogs, have them roam around while you socialize with other hoomans. Such a cool concept. Kids didn't want anything to eat but wanted to pet the dogs. We didn't dare go in the fenced area. I don't think kids are even allowed in there. So we hung out in the eating area to people and dog watch. read more

This is a fun place to bring your pups and you really don't have to worry! While prices are what I consider high, it's still a fun place with good food and they have an espresso machine and full bar. So whatever mood you're feeling they have it all. It gets super busy but there's so many dogs all around! read more
