I meet with businesses everyday as part of my career, and I met Dr. Jones for the first time today. As a non patient, it's common to wait or be rushed through meetings when we visit medical practices and hospitals, and sometimes the persons we meet are not fully engaged which is uncomfortable to witness LOL. Dr. with decades of success, he has treated people who've moved across the Country and who still miss the skill & care he provided them as seen in older Yelp reviews, and from my point of view, as a non patient, I can relate to their reviews because I only spent an hour talking with Dr. Jones and he's so present and in the moment that we talked about weather, exercise, the value of family time, college basketball and technology for an hour, and he talked with me the same way he talked his staff and a patient. One thing that maybe the kids like, and maybe it's great for those who are scared of the dentist, but I think is overkill, are the tv screens above the patient chair, which the kids watch like zombies while the assistant instructs "open" "close" "turn" etc. At the end of the visit one of the docs will take a look at the child and talk to the parent. Then they get a golden coin, which they can use in the gumball-style machines for a small fun toy or gadget. My kids have loved coming here for the last 12 + years!

Why am I paying for orthodontic care if I'm trying to jam a nail clipper into my kid's mouth?! Unreal. Maybe choose this practice if you're only doing Invisalign? I just turned 27 so traditional braces were absolutely not (purely for vanity reasons) an option for me. The consultation was extremely thorough, his staff extremely helpful and friendly. I wanted to get a second opinion on their recommended patient plan so I had them speak to a family friend who was also my hometown dentist. Dr. Tisseront was more than happy to take the time to call my friend after office hours and spend more than an hour explaining his recommendation. I have been wearing harmony braces (hidden behind your teeth) for three months now and everyone is amazed at how quickly my teeth have moved. I already have a beautiful smile! When all is said and done I will have spent upwards of 10K (they have a very reasonable payment plan) but I don't think I would trust anyone else with my teeth at this point and feel like this was a truly an investment well made.
