Terrible customer service. Was refused service when I tried to buy a pick with my debit card. The…read morelady behind the counter said the credit card fees were too much for such a small amount and that I needed cash. I tried to explain it was a debit card therefore no fees but she ignored me. I walked out of the store without a pick and the sure conviction I would never enter that store again. I encourage others (if they wish to avoid bad customer service) not to patronize their business. To start out she took a good five minutes before she would even get behind the counter. She just stared at me. She was rude and inattentive. Never again.
