I called there because I wanted to get some old finish sandblasted from a table top I was working…read moreon, they said they could do it no problem- I could even watch them do it. I took the table top by to have them see it, they suggested trying to chemically strip it first and then bring it back for a sandblasting finish, I did as suggested and went back, they said one day, two at most. Four days later I called to check and was told next week. The following week I called back and was told it wasn't ready and it's not really worth their time to work on a small project now, they had bigger contracts to fill, they wasn't sure when they would have time for it. I told them never mind I would come pick it up. When I got there it was still laying on a bench in the work area, covered in sawdust. I got it home cleaned it up only to discover deep scratches & gouges in the wood as if heavy/sharp items had been put on top of it. A day's worth of sanding and I got some of the scratches out but not all of them. A complaint to the BBB is next on the agenda. Never-ever trust these people to do work for you, they are horrible.
