I sat there for quite a while waiting for my tacos, after about 15 or 20 minutes she came by and said my tacos would be right out and got me a refill of my tea and some more chips. About another 10 minutes later the tacos finally arrived. They were served on one of those hot fajita plates.. well the style is correct, the plate itself was not hot. In fact, all of the food was lukewarm. Kind of disappointing when I was super starving, but I thought you know what. Let's at least give it a go. Aside from the food not being hot, the meat really did not have the flavor I was hoping for. I added the cilantro and Pico de gallo to the tacos. Hoping that would spice it up a little bit, but I was sorely mistaken. I ended up adding the green onion and some of the salsa from the chips and that at least gave it some kick.
