The space is a larger, upscale, minimalist modern Mexican setting compared to the original downtown spot. We were too full for dessert, but based on past visits, I highly recommend the esquites and brussels sprouts. She was friendly, efficient, and assisted us as we navigated the menu (two of us were first-time visitors to the restaurant). The Gorditas were plump and juicy without being greasy, and the meat was seasoned perfectly. The avocado was fresh and the slices were a generous portion. My two friends had the chicken soft tacos and the #2 Mexican plate, and they said their meals were equally tasty. Again, please look past appearances and give La Pasadita a try!
