My friend asked why they brought pre cooked meat when their menu clearly shows raw meat. The waitress who brought the food said that we'd have either had to specifically ASK for the grill, or both of us would've had to ordered the BBQ. Nowhere on the menú does it say that. The whole idea of Korean BBQ is to cook it yourself. If I wanted precooked beef I could've gone to any restaurant. It doesn't end there. We asked for only TWO more side dishes. Sweet potato and kimchi. And the waiter MEVER brought them out. We gave up on the side dishes and decided to just leave. We asked for the check and even THAT took forever. And as he took my credit card, for me to pay for something I didn't order, he had the audacity to ask how much of a tip we'd like to leave. Not knowing what he was saying, my friend answered for me. Nothing. Frankly he should be happy we paid at all. Heed my warning and AVOID SURISANG!!!! It has changed for the worse!! Staff couldn't care less about you, your food, OR what you ordered.
