Went in for a cut on a Saturday morning and was told it was walk ins only. At the time the wait was…read moreonly 3 other people ahead of me. Don't mind a wait so I sat in turn. Two hours later, after 4 new customers came in, I was told that they have a few reservations/appointments to take care of. During my two hour wait for the walk in only line to start, one of the barbers left for a "quick" break, leaving just one barber in the shop. Once that barber finished the supposedly reservation line, after waiting 2 1/2 hours, I was skipped over so that the barber could do a favor to the man who brought his young son as a walk in. This is the third time something like this has happened at this barber shop. Don't believe the walk in nonsense. They likely only cut friends and family while jerking everyone else around and waiting their time. I they can't ever tell me how to make a reservation either.
