The guy had a beard and almost no hair so how long could it take? 30 MINUTES later my son said let's go. I walked over to Joel and said we were leaving. He actually seemed surprised. I told him that I had yelled to get my son out the door to be on time as I told him being on time is important. Joel said he was done (didn't look like it as the customer wasn't moving) and I replied at that point I didn't care. He then offered to cut for free. I didn't care. NO APOLOGY, NO EXPLANATION. I'm sure everyone got an earful how unreasonable I was after I left. I hope that guy you gave our time to is a repeat customer and tips well, because we will never return.
