She takes bad things about me in Spanish and I pretended not to speak Spanish until the end where I said goodbye to everyone in Spanish and I could tell by the look on her face she was surprised. I had a terrible experience with Zussete. Midway through the haircut, she literally said, "It's not my fault if the haircut doesn't come out the way you want it to," which immediately made me uneasy. At the end, she charged me $40 and claimed she had to charge extra because I walked in and "caused her other client to leave," even though she was the one who chose to take me. Totally unprofessional. Felt like I was being blamed and overcharged for her poor scheduling. I would absolutely not recommend her to anyone. I wish I could leave zero or negative stars. read more

I've used this location every 3 weeks for a year now. Have worked with 3 different people and all have been great interactions and great results. I will 100% continue to support their business. Just remember that because they are good, they usually stay fairly busy so it's best to make an appointment for when you need. I see people getting mad that appointments take priority over walk-ins, which is exactly how it should be. The people are also always in a great mood with a fun atmosphere. I had an appointment and due to unforeseen circumstances the barber is no longer at the shop. So I was placed with Eli. The barber who has only been cutting hair for 18 months. Needless to say my hair uneven and I am not even sure how but he cut me with the clippers and then offer to do a razor edge..... the main barber who had a break stated he was glad I could get a cut. Bruh I could have gone with out a cut my hair looks like shit and this is one of the closer places . Due to his lack of ability to cut my hair I literally now gotta get my hair cut and line properly and my eyebrows done. I understand good help is hard to find but ain't no way in hell I would recommend this guy. This is our second time here. I have been all over the area looking for the place or barber that would put a smile on my son's face. Twice we have been extremely happy with the service, price, and atmosphere. Every single barber at this location knows their stuff and are amazing at their craft. You come in looking a mess and leave like art. The fades and tight lines are on point. The prices for the high quality of work is even better. I will only come here for now on for my son's hairdo. They do awesome work to make any style of hair or beard just perfect no matter your hair type: long, straight, or ethnic. The men here are also great with kids. As a woman, it's often intimidating to go into a male dominate place such as a barber shop. However, this place didn't make me feel this way. It was super busy but I had an appointment with Favian. He was finishing up the previous appointment which was fine, I only ended up waiting about 10 minutes. I explained to him what I wanted...he calmly presented me with options...never did I feel rushed even though it was slammed. I came to headlines for for a simple hair cut nothing crazy and the barber did a good job on my head and I repeat all I wanted was a hair cut not my beard. Witch I told him just a hair cut no beard line up. So he's cutting my hair and I'm watching the tv they have playing and this dude comes up and puts the trimmer to my beard and knocks a whole month and a half of growth I've been working on and lines it up and drops by beard a half inch. For some people that's not okay cause we take months to acquire the right length and growth for are beards and he charged me for it not even doing my whole beard. I had to go home and fix myself up to make my hair line straight and beard line straight and I'm not even a barber. super disappointing and unpleasant won't come here again read more

I booked an appointment with Alex for a haircut. When I get there, I told him I wanted a blow out and just to line up my beard. Not even taking it down. He said, rudely, "I don't have time to do your beard, you only signed up for just a haircut. I have people waiting." I just said, "that's fine I will go somewhere else." I got up and left. Moral of this review is, you don't treat customers like that. Especially a new customer. I will continue to drive 10 miles from home to my original barber and refuse to go back and recommend any clients going to this business. Came in for a haircut and they shaved off my eyebrow! Staff is very young and inexperienced mostly boys who play video games all day waiting for their next victim. Music is loud and uncomfortable. They should be paying you to practice on your hair! Update: Still just a bunch of children with razors. Get your hair cut at a real barber. read more

Ok! Very simple and to the point . Don't bother with this barber shop app. You make an appointment in advance and then in a few days before your appointment I get an appointment cancelation email. That's right! I got appointment cancel without any reason. No phone call to try to reschedule , just plain canceled. Or when you show up for your appointment you still have to wait for guys ahead of you because the barber is running behind. Guys! Less talking and more working. Went in and told the guy how I wear my hair he sounded as if he understood. Next thing I know it's parted on side and not like I asked he said it will be ok. My family said I looked like alfalfa! So I went back and showed him that he missed a Hugh area and the entire front he said well I did it to part on side. I said I told u what I wanted! He tried to fix it and I left. Got home and it is better but still a family joke! Not happy at all! Will not be going back! Booked an appointment for 10.30 so I did not have to wait long as I had to get back to work, manager told me I was up next, the guy who arrived just before me then told him he too had an appointment but for 10am and was 30 minutes late, guess who was up next, the guy who was late so I was not best pleased, 30 minutes later one of the other guys was free so I was ready to get up when he motioned one of the walk in customers who just arrived! when I asked why he was before me I was told that I had been assigned a barber and could only go with the person who was at least another 20 minutes from finishing, when i said that's crazy, I booked an appointment so I did not have to wait, the attitude was 'don't give a crap', that's the system, so I walked out.
