Hanna did dip powder on my nails (first time I ever got this done) and she was so patient and thorough with the whole process. I came in with gel polish on my nails already, and she was patient in removing the gel to not damage my natural nails. Then, she found the perfect shade to match the one the producers of the movie wanted. The part that required the most patience was the shaping of the dip powder after it set, as well as her mending a cracked nail under the dip powder. Her precision and care were top of the line. This is the best manicure I've gotten in so many years! 10/10 experience, and they allow you to tip on the kiosk, so no cash needed (such a relief!!!!)

They have a bathroom that's available for guests as well. It is a bit far from me but I would still go back considering how hard it is to find the perfect nail tech on the first try! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I was back home, I always had nail techs that had those vacuum fans to gather the dip powder dust after filing.
