I visited Massage Envy Camp Creek for the first time on a Wednesday afternoon. I made my appointment a few days in advance online. The pricing reflected online as a first time customer who had to create an account to book was $80 for 60 minutes. I had an e gift card but had to put a credit card on file to reserve the service. I received a text two days before and phone call the day before to confirm my attendance. They have a 50% of service fee for same day cancellations and 100% fee for no shows which was explained during my phone call. They advised me to arrive fifteen minutes early to allow time to check in and customize my massage experience. On the day of my appointment I arrived about 20 minutes early. I was able to check in immediately and used a tablet to complete questions, waivers and sign off on my desired experience. The staff was friendly. The environment was peaceful and clean. After completing my check in, I was able to use the restroom and wait in an area with tea and water available. My masseuse was Terrance. He came to get me a few minutes before my time. He consulted me for a few minutes and it was clear that he wanted to make sure that I was comfortable. It was a good first time experience and enjoyable prenatal massage (third trimester). I liked that he was able to focus on specific areas based on what I indicated during check in and our consult. Once my service was finished, I was able to pay in the check in area. Note at the time (February 2026) their introductory rate was $80 before gratuity for the 60 minute massage, which included 10 minutes to consult and 50 minutes of massage time. A friendly associate explained that their normal price and nonmember rate is $130 for those who don't have a wellness membership. I appreciated being able to experience the massage, especially with my gift card but was not ready to invest in a monthly subscription (wellness membership) to lock in the discounted pricing for future visits. I booked a maggage on line with intent to use my birthday gift card. They ended up charding my credit card for $113 and I was told I was suppose to call them to reschedule since I was using a gift card. I told them that there is nothing on line that explains if I am using a gift card that inorder to cancel I needed to call. Then they put me on the phone with the manager which repeats the same things - I shoul have called. I tried to explain to no avail that nothing says to call if you are using a gift card. They should not require a gift card booking on line and then use your credit card to charge you - this is a scam!!!!!!!!! read more

Tarigh is a masterful massage therapist. My regular therapist has been healing from a surgery and this therapist's skills mirror those of my regular therapist (who has massaged me on average twice a month since 2012). I am in great hands until my therapist fully heals. read more

I was really looking forward to it. I'm really upset that they cancelled so last minute that now I don't have time to schedule somewhere else. First time at this location. Procedures have changed because Of COVID but it was no inconvenience. Sat outside to await my masseuse (glad it was a nice day). Wasn't offered water before my visit like usual so I figured maybe they stopped doing it. My masseuse was Terry who was professional and good at what he does so if I go back he'll be who I ask for. He recommended something I can use in between massages. Thought it was standard to offer water after the service as well but I did ask and was given a cup. I made a last-minute appointment here during my Spelman College reunion weekend. The reception area is a bit small compared to other locations that I've visited, and the front desk staff was nice enough at first. My massage therapist wasn't terrible, but she needed work on her customer service experience skills. I've gotten massages for over 5 years, so I'm pretty well versed in the flow of a massage. I've ALWAYS had my massage therapist wait for me outside of the room with a cool cup of water. This was my first and only time without that service. She was nowhere to be found! After I was done, two of the front desk staff were checking customers out while distractedly talking about how ready they were to get off. When she handed my card back, she didn't even say "thank you for coming in" and I had to be the one to say have a nice day. Definitely wouldn't return to this location due to the subpar services and customer experience. You should consider having a reset of your customer service professionals as well as helping your therapists become more prepared to shift customers into repeat customers. read more

This is by far the worst Massage Envy I've ever been to. I had a membership but canceled it because I simply didn't go enough. At the time of cancellation I had 4 unused massages and was told I would be able to use them. When I went to book my next appointment they told me I no longer had 4 massages available and they do not know where they went. So basically the 4 months that I paid for in advance went down the drain. Fast forward to this week. My husband has a membership as well and scheduled online for this location for a massage and facial. They booked him with a female therapist online and when he got there they put him with a male so he declined the service. He was supposed to return later that evening for his facial but they sent a text msg stating they had to cancel his appointment without reason. He called in and they said a staff member was sick and had to leave early so they needed to reschedule him. They rescheduled him for the following day which was yesterday 3/17/22. They canceled both of those appointments as well due to a staff issue but rescheduled him for today which is Friday 3/18/22 and told him for the trouble he would get a free enhancement. He went to his massage appointment at 1p picked his enhancement and received his massage without the enhancement. After the massage he let them know he did not receive the enhancement and they said they would add it his next appointment. His facial appointment was also today at 5p. (Why they schedule massages and facials like this idk) He went to his facial appointment at 5p only for them to cancel on him again after confirming his appointment at 4p due to a staff member having a family emergency. I have been a member for a few years and I have accumulated quite a bit of credits. I schedule my appointments way in advance to ensure I get a massage every two weeks. These people are constantly cancelling my appointments due to employee emergencies, constantly. They cancel last minute without a care in the world. my upcoming appt was cancelled because the massage therapist decided to change her availability to later in the day, mind you my appt has been scheduled for a good while. When I asked if I could have the first appt during her availability I was told oh no she is fully booked. This is so unprofessional and I am sick of these people. I love love love this location. I'm a retired flight attendant. With that being said their membership affords me the chance to use it all over the country. I certainly did. From Oregon to Miami to DC and New Jersey. However my heart is with this location. During covid I was off work and then retiring, I racked up quite a few points. So now I go once a week trying to use my points up. I'm always welcomed warmly when I arrive. I haven't had a bad massage from anyone. I do have a few favorites. My massages are usually lymphatic. Not everyone does those type of massages. Chifawn does a wonderful job giving that type of massage. Tiharah is very good also. My compliments to all the massage therapist at that location. All are very professional and friendly. I know that location is looking for someone to do facials, which would be wonderful. I do apologize for not tipping as much as I did when I was working and going once a month. I do feel bad when I've has a great massage and leaving a small tip. Don't sign up for a Membership. This location is horrible and the management doesn't care when you complain. I sent a message about an issue back over the summer and have yet to receive a call or email back. If you cancel and have credits, they give you 60 days to use them and the only way you can "gift" them is pay another $10 per credit while STILL enrolled. The front desk is horrible, especially since COVID. They ask you to arrive early, fill out a survey and text that you arrived. But, they don't call you until after your appointment time, that's if you actually get a call. I am so tired of dealing with sub par customer service on Camp Creek and they wonder why Customers are angry, It's because of we're tired of dealing with company after company with poor or no customer service. I paid my money, I'm unhappy with my service but there are no refunds, so I'm stuck. I have no issues with therapists I've seen. Although the one I saw for the past year left, not sure what happened. Now I'm going to have to drive to Buckhead to get decent service, which is ridiculous. I believe the overall experience depends a great deal on your masseuse. I had a great experience, this was my first time at this location. I had the 60 minute massage with Jasmine and she was wonderful. She used the right amount of pressure and was very nice. She also didn't talk much which I enjoyed and appreciated (guess it depends on personal preference, I prefer it to be quiet). My friend who went with me did not have as great of an experience. She had a male masseuse and said he was too harsh and made her hurt worse than she felt coming in. read more

However, the unprofessionalism of the account manager is ridiculous...and maybe even the company. I filed a grievance via email with corporate of Massage Envy. I receive a phone call from the person who offended me. Ummm...since when does the offender call the offended to resolve an issue that was clearly defined in writing? Guess she thought I would change my mind. I confirmed that she disrespected me and referred her to the email that was sent...this email requested that my account be closed...I would think that requesting to corporate that my account be closed would be sufficient notice. Despite your online request service being utterly redundant. Your team should be ensuring that all online requests are answered before the requested time slot. Also, if a customer arrives and no one has called to inform them there were no slots available your first words should be "I'm sorry, we did not contact you. This is our next available slot" not "we don't have time to get to your request." I would have been fine if someone had reached out beforehand to tell me that there was nothing available today I could have cancelled or made other arrangements, instead you wasted my time. I've been a member of Massage Envy for the last 6 years and I frequent this location pretty often so I feel like i surpassed just being a regular client. Everyone is friendly in person although sometimes their phone manners need improvement. Since joining I am on my 4th regular massage therapist and have tried a half dozen or more other therapists at this location. This location is clean, the rooms spacious, the lights adjustable and working table warmers. If you get booked in the room right behind the front desk it can be a little noisy, just speak up and they will quiet down or have your therapist turn the music up. My current therapist is Kenneth B and he is awesome. If you find a therapist that you like I strongly suggest that you rebook as soon as possible because it can be hard to get an appointment with the better therapists. And if you enjoy your massage TIP. Massage Envy gets a bad rep because of what they pay their therapist so help the therapist out by tipping. If you try it once and it doesn't meet your expectations ask to talk to Pat and then give this location a second chance. do not give them your credit card information! even after you cancel they continue to take your funds. i tried to cancel after 1 year and was told my contract was for 2 years. i later found my original contract which was for 1 year. during the pandemic, i sent 4 emails asking to cancel because i already had 3 credits. they disregarded my request and asked that i sign a "freeze" form. i declined and asked for the cancelation form. finally after asking i was finally emailed it. on may 20,2020 i emailed it back signed. they canceled on the 23rd. then took out funds on the 29th. i called to request a refund and was told unfortunately they only give credit. i will have to dispute it with my bank which is ridiculous!!! plus the employee turn around rate is aweful. and it takes a month or longer to get a appointment with the person you want if they still work there in a month. don't give them your credit card information!!!!! read more

Sooooo Yesterday i was checking a completely different bank card statement different from the one I signed up with for my membership, and what do I see . A charge from MASSAGE ENY CAMP CREEK FOR 60 bucks! I was amazed !!!! I believe at some point I used this card there and since i canceled my other card they couldn't charge me. So what do they do... they decided to unarthorize a charge from a card on my file .I called and of course the manager wasn't available to speak . After that I called my bank and they canceled my card and we are now doing an investigation on the company. Yes it's only 60 dollars but now your doing criminal acts just for a membership ? Not okay AT ALL !! So please please please weather you have a membership or not check your bank statements regularly because this company is a scammmm! I usually prefer the additional bells and whistles, but this place is great! I am now a member and get a massage fairly regularly. They provide top notch customer service and the massage is always top quality. My only disappointment is that getting an appointment around my work schedule is challenging, in spite of their late hours and weekend availability. You usually have to book your appointment 3 and 4 weeks in advance, which sucks if you're sore unexpectedly and could use a massage. They do offer a wait list option though, just in case someone cancels. I only see Chifawn, but all of their therapists book quickly which is a great indication of the quality of staff. read more

I get massages pretty regularly, so I'm probably pretty picky. I went to Massage Envy in a pinch, as I was out of town and the back was hurting. I'll do my best to outline the positives and the negatives. All in all, this is a place I would recommend--not the best place I've had a massage, but definitely not the worst. Positives: Very friendly staff. Able to get same-day appointment, Massage therapist was personable and friendly (yet professional), Ambiance was great--very relaxing--with water in the lobby. Negatives: Requiring my credit card number over the phone. That just doesn't feel right in this age of identity theft. The pitch at the end of the massage. I know this is a business, a sales organization, I get it. But when asked if I wanted to join, I said, "No." I was then asked what was stopping me. I REALLY don't like this sales approach. You are then set-up to give an excuse, which the staff has been trained to shoot down. So, once I have a nice, relaxing massage, I get hit with the sales pitch. Don't like it--not at all. We have heard about ME for years but never tried them out until now. We had a clinic that we used on a regular basis that moved to Alpharetta and that drive was not worth it. Our first visit we were met by a greeter as well as a friendly atmosphere. The location is very clean and the rooms are spacious. We only go when we can schedule a couples massage and scheduling one can be challenging at times. They always do a great job of accommodating us, which is greatly appreciated. The year contract was not a deterrent for us as we are committed to the massage life. The cost is well worth it and we would recommend this facility to anyone that asked. read more

This is my normal spot for massages. If you join there wellness club you get auto-billed each month for about half the cost of a regular one hour massage. The therapists I had before I decided on my favorite were all very good. I'd suggest trying a few to decide on the one that best fits your needs. Then stick with them. This wasn't my first experience with Massage Envy, so I mistakenly thought I'd have another good experience...but lo and behold as with all chain businesses customer service is the FIRST thing to suffer. I suffer from migraines and called to see if there was availability for that day to get a cranial massage. WELL I'm a firm believer that whoever is responsible for answering the phone can have the ability to focus on the caller, but when you have your "appointment setter" and verbal information source not only answering the phone but also assisting customers at the counter chances are high the person on the phone WILL get the short end of the stick....as was my case...after she looked up my name, quoted me the price AND time of availability, I asked if there was anything earlier because that was so late. She responds no thats the next available time, I respond OK, I'll take it, to which I heard her say ok and then immediate hang up. I assumed since she pulled up my name from my last visit she had all my info and didn't need anything further from me...I assumed wrong. I wait and suffer ALL day until my appointment time, I arrive 15 minutes early to take care of payment, get water, etc...only to be told there was NO appointment for me AND no appointments available for the remainder of the night...Rather than cause a scene or debate a moot issue, I bid her a good night and left...Oh and lucky me, the person telling me this, is the person I had spoke with earlier in the day who stated that she "thought" I said thats too late....IF that were the case, isn't it her job to attempt to see if there are other services or possible locations I may want to try that can accommodate my needs? NOPE...just dial tone on what she ASSUMED I said... NOW, I believe in my heart (keeping hope alive) that had her ONLY responsibility been to answer the calls and serve clients verbally that there may have been a more favorable outcome for me, but alas there was not in this crazy world of multi-tasking...needless to say, I'm still suffering this migraine and trying to decide IF I want to give Massage Envy on Camp Creek my 3 strike policy (and count this as strike 1) or not risk that the failed customer service mishap is indicative of the the services across the board... Do not patronize this location! Massage Envy's are independently owned - take your money to another location that values its customers and their experience. I've been a member for 2+ years and have no history of not showing up for my appointments; however that did not prevent me from going through the following: Thursday (Nov 10)- I call and reschedule an appointment scheduled for Saturday. I confirm my account, request a specific day (Dec 3) and a specific service. I get off the phone assuming everything is fine. Saturday (Nov 12) I receive a call stating I was a no show and I would be charged for the appointment. I express my dissatisfaction and communicate that I called and spoke to someone on Thursday and rescheduled. I did not receive any reminder calls for the Saturday appointment so I assume this has been changed without issue. I am asked for the name of the person who helped me or their gender - it is not my responsibility to keep records of who I talk to when I call this business! He (Kenny) says he will research and get back to me. Mon Nov 14- I call back and confirm the date and time I called - luckily I sent myself a calendar invitation for the rescheduled appointment and confirm I spoke to someone at 1:50pm on Thursday Tues Nov 15- The manager (Winter) calls and states because they have nothing in their call log stating they spoke to me and no one who is certified to offer my massage was scheduled to work during the time I rescheduled then they unfortunately have to charge me. I emailed a picture of the call log confirming where I spoke to someone on Nov 10 and request that someone call me to confirm resolution by the end of the day. It is now 10:30pm. I received no call back (even after holding to speak to owner) and specifically requesting resolution today. It is not my responsibility as a customer to maintain an audit trail of evidence when I call and speak to someone at this establishment. It is outrageous that I have had to take time away from my work day and personal life to follow up on what is clearly a personnel issue that has further highlighted the poor customer service and lack of value this location puts on it's customers. My WORD and my history as a member for 2+ years should have been sufficient to waive the fee and ensure the next appointment was properly rescheduled. Had high hopes for my prenatal massage at Massage Envy. I went because my sweet hubby purchased a gift certificate for me. I was greeted by a very nice receptionist, Ronalda upon arriving. After completing paper work, I was shown to the back waiting area. I gave this location two stars...one for Ronalda and two for cleanliness and appearance of the establishment. But my experience with the massage therapist, Courteney left much to be desired. This was the worst massage I've ever had. The entire massage I was waiting for it to get better and it did by the last 5 min. I specifically mentioned my problem areas and she did not focus on anyone of them. She either lacked the necessary skill set to do a truly professional massage or she was just plain lazy and didn't feel like it. My appointment was at 3:45p on Saturday so maybe she just decided she was done giving good massages for the day.
