I was greeted by two ladies I'm sorry I didn't get the second lady's name but I know McKenzie made the flower bouquet (pictured) that is just absolutely beautiful. I didn't expect that they'd have all kinds of gifts like hand creams, candles, gifts for any occasion, flowers in the showcase & plants that you can handpick and purchase. On every Friday they have five dollar bucket that McKenzie puts together when you walk right in the front door, This is a shout out to the Stetson students. They were so cute in a little bouquet wrapped that you could really make somebody's day for just five dollars!! If you are in this area please take ten minutes to stop in this place. Both women were so nice. Service was impeccable. The store was so clean and bright with windows everywhere. I could've probably spent an hour in there if I had the time. I was told that the cart was only sold along with the 2 chairs next to it & I was quoted a price for the set. I took measurements & went home to see if it would work. When I called in the next day to purchase the set I was told a completely different (higher) price. I informed the associate on the phone that I had been quoted the day before a lower price by not one but two other associates. She said that she would have the manager call me which never happened......so after 5 days I called them & I was told that they would not honor the price that I had been quoted. I have now read other reviews and see that this seems to be a pattern with this store......my advise "stay away".

Beware of added costs that may have been "overlooked" in the initial quote process. Adding almost $400 two months after the initial quote is unacceptable.
