They should state that they don't take care of lawns with blended grasses (so having both Bermuda and St Augustine). And don't expect any "consulting" services - we apparently had grubs and it killed a large patch of grass in our front yard. The guys that come put the fertilizer on the lawn are just techs and don't know anything about lawns in general. Very disappointed and I'll be honest, we should have changed services a long time ago...
