From the minute that I met Cody and until I watched them leave after they completed the "project" I was more than favorably impressed by the Professional demeanor of the entire crew of 10.this might seem a bit trite but they reminded me of watching an Ant hill with all of the "Ants" moving about in fluid motion not bumping into each other but constantly moving and seeing the various parts of the trees disapearing as if by some organized routine rehearsed many times by them. I am so disappointed with this service. My husband had them come out to do some trimming on our backyard trees. We had asked for them to take off the bottom row of branches (so he can mow under without having to duck) and skylight the tree to allow more sun to filter through and take out dead branches. He specifically told them not to go too high on the tree in back because it blocks the view of the neighbors garage. Well, they took off the bottom 50% of the branches. So now unless my husband grows to over 12 ft tall, he definitely won't have to duck to mow. Instead of having a nice canopy of leaves for shade and privacy, all my leafed branches start ABOVE the height of my neighbors shed and RV that is parked by my fence. And I have a much clearer view of my other neighbors garage. I had asked my husband to see if they would take off a branch on our crepe myrtle that is bumping against the gutter, and that tree they did t touch. I definitely would not use them again or recommend them. I'm so sad that these trees that are over 20 years old were scalped this way I will add that they did clean up after themselves, and the person that came out to give my husband an estimate was on time. The final price was slightly higher than what she quoted, but if the job had been done right it would have been an average price. read more

We used ArbourWise tree service for the first time today. Robert's crew did the work and they were fabulous. They got to our house on time, were friendly and polite, efficient and thorough. The clean up was nicely done after the work was completed. The rate this company quoted was extremely fair and the crew did a great job of listening to what I wanted accomplished while giving me feedback on what should or shouldn't be done based on best solution for the tree's health. I called Abrorwise and set up an appointment. (second bid) reasonable and affordable. Ha! Leah arrived ahead of schedule. WOW. I had some specific requirements we texted. Steve and his crew showed up on the date a little later than schedule. (I know spring can be busy). Steve confirmed what I wanted, and they began work. I had some questions Steve assured me he would make it happen. It took a good 6hr day and part of the next. Leah returned my calls about some concerns.(return calls are important to me) I wanted to keep trunks, limbs, branches to burn in my man cave stove. Save the haul off for the most part.The guys finished and left. I did not see exactly what I asked for in my wood pile. A call to Leah, I got a response and Steve returned to take care of those. Steve even sent me pics to confirm. (i could not be there that day) These folks are reasonable and courteous. I apologize for not knowing the other two men's name.
