I loooove Barb's! I'm a huge donut fan and while one of my sons is gluten free and Barb doesn't have GF options, the occasions that it's just me and my other son we love all the yummy donut options available! The selections seem to change regularly but they usually have the essentials like maple bars, scones and some fancy looking donuts so lots of great options. Beyond the donuts, the Pies are amazing. Because of the GF issues of my son I only get to try them at friends or when the pies can be hidden but the ones I have had are all fantastic. This little spot is so great! They make some of the most amazing fruit pies you'll ever have with a perfectly crispy streusel topping that melts in your mouth. If you aren't in the mood for a pie, I HIGHLY recommend grabbing one of their donuts (really doesn't matter which one, they're all amazing). I especially love their strawberry rhubarb hand pie and their maple bar. I hadn't heard of Barb's Pies until yesterday. My wife and I were going to someone's house for dinner and we needed to bring a dessert. My wife knew of Barb's so we went there. When we showed up with Barb's pie everyone was excited because they had Barb's pie at an event and said it was delicious! When we got there it was a small operation that makes it feel like a staple in the community. We got there in the afternoon so the selection was limited. The lady that I'm guessing is Barb was with another customer but overheard us and said, "I might have something for you". When she finished with the other customer she said that someone ordered too much and decided not to buy two of the pies that they ordered. Lucky for us we were able to get a raspberry rhubarb pie that was precut! I was so grateful that it worked out for everyone! When we are the pie at our friend's house, the pie was the best I've ever had! I ate mine with some ice cream on the side and it was perfect! They also have donuts and other sweets. If you're craving sugar, this is the place to go! I had a look at their website and it looks like you can order pie through DoorDash and UberEats. I have been in several times now and everytime service and quality are consistent. Parking can be tough but it is worth it. I had a peach hand pie that was absolutely amazing! I don't know what's done to the crust but it has a sweet coating thats is almost a glaze but more like a kiss of sweetness. The filling was just the right amount, perfect ratio of filling ro crust. Pies, we have had the strawberry rhubard, apple and Dutch apple all off them very enjoyable. The crust is always a perfect golden brown and same as the hand pies, they have a perfect ratio of filling to crust. Donuts, they have fritters of different flavors and all of them are wonderful. They maple bacon bars are outstanding. Even just the traditional chocolate glazed and sugar coated are worth stopping in for. This time they also had some little mini cookie pie things and they were almost as incredible as the hand pies. I love sweets to much to remember to take pictures, but I did this trip! read more

Came in 30 mins before closing. Was able to get a strawberry and cream filled donut (BEST donut I've even eaten) it's not overly sweet like a lot of jelly filled donuts. The strawberries were fresh and cooked down just a little. The cream was perfect. The donuts are light fluffy with just a little chew which is the best.
