It wasn't too busy for lunch even on a weekend. The staff are fairly friendly and attentive. The service speed is pretty quick. I liked the fact that it wasn't bathed in dressing either. Overall, a pretty good fast food option at Canary Wharf and I do feel that the food was healthier than other nearby options. They have an ever changing seasonal menu, which reassures that the food you're eating is fresh. They offer an amazing harira soup in the Autumn packed full of chickpeas and spicy veggies, it's more of a stew than a soup and really fills you up. When you consider the immense amount of crap food on offer and readily available to consumers, this is a welcomed change. We looked through the menu and ordered the hummus, grilled sausage, and grilled sardines for appetizers and the lamb chops, chicken kebab, seared fish, and lamb kebobs for entrees. I can honestly say that we all loved everything. Oh, even the mint tea was delicious. This has just become my go to place every time I come to London (once every 2 months).
