I kind of expected a good experience because my Mechanic, who is one of the only mechanics in my life as a 57-year-old man that I have ever 1000% trusted suggested this place. He didn't even tell me that he knew the guy he just said, "try this place. He has great cars. He backs up his work and I know you'll like him." Let me tell you he was right on. I was looking for a first car for my Son. I took My trusted mechanics advice, and I went to JIA. I'm a veteran bartender for over 40 years and I think I can read people really well and from the handshake, I just liked the guy. Sometimes people love what they do and that passion comes through. It is evident when you speak to Him. I've been swindled a couple of times and both by dealerships so I was very wary this time. I bought the car in January and waited to post to see if there were any issues. There was ONE! The cd player did not work. Now, this is a cd player! Of course no one checked because no one uses Cd's, but my kid is a musician and an old soul and has 500 of my old CD's. When I relayed that to Greg- the guy found a cd player on line and INSTALLED it for my kid. Do yourself a favor if you are done with shady people and shitty business practices. If you want to buy a used car that you KNOW is reliable and backed up by just a decent man who is an extremely talented mechanic- go to JIA.

Found out that he has more OCD about everything being perfect than I even did. I referred a couple of friends to him after and they all couldn't think me enough. They loved the way everything went from start to finish. Let me say another thing. My wife and I had my mother who was living with us towards the end of a terminal illness she had. Joe would call me every morning at work to let me know he was going upstairs to check on my mom. My mother absolutely loved his company! When I went to the showroom I was horribly distracted with knowing my mother was so sick and really couldn't focus. That's when Tracy took over and went above and beyond to help me pick out and design two different projects from start to finish. Look, I could go on for days about how everything went so perfectly, but i will end simply by saying I have never used a contractor even remotely as good as Joe, his team and Tracy were.

Soft sell as I was clear we were not ready to purchase We visited the next day to look at the car again and look at another. Disappointed as the car we test drove had some severe scratches and a dent that was not disclosed. Thankfully I went back in day light. In regards to my recent experience with the repairs performed on my truck. I chose this shop in…read moregood faith, despite my insurance company's recommendations, because of the reputation and the positive reviews I had read. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. From the beginning, I have had to return my truck multiple times because the work was not completed with the level of care and attention I expected. After my initial repairs, I chose to bring my truck back for scratches that I chose to have fixed on my own accord. While I was there, I asked about having my decals installed. I was assured the shop would take care of them, but they were installed incorrectly. I then had to purchase an entirely new set of decals at my own expense which I had no issue doing providing they'd be done correctly again in good faith, postpone my appointment for my aftermarket parts, and rearrange my schedule to return yet again so the paint marks and decal issues could be corrected. What concerns me most is the repeated lack of care shown toward my vehicle. These were not isolated mistakes--they reflect a pattern of carelessness and disregard for both the quality of the work being performed and the time and money I have invested. Having to return my truck twice to correct preventable issues has been frustrating and unacceptable. To make matters worse, I made one very specific request: please do not wash my truck, as it had recently been professionally tinted. This request was clearly communicated and should have been simple to honor. Instead, it was completely disregarded, and my truck was washed anyway. As a result, I now have to pay to have my window tint redone--an expense and inconvenience that exists solely because my instructions were ignored. At every step, I have been the one inconvenienced. I have had to take additional time out of my schedule, make multiple trips back to the shop, delay other appointments for my truck, purchase replacement decals, and now pay to have my tint redone--all because of preventable mistakes and a lack of attention to detail. I trusted this shop with my vehicle based on its reputation, but instead I have experienced repeated examples of poor workmanship, disregard for my explicit instructions, and unnecessary inconvenience. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the number of preventable issues and the costs they have caused me extend far beyond what any customer should reasonably be expected to accept

Diamond blades are pricey and wear out quick so I was searching for a good place to buy them locally. As it turns out they have pretty good blades here and they are less expensive, they don't last as long as the high priced Husqvarna blades but if you want those they have them too. In fact I was surprised at how much inventory they have on the floor. There are tons of tools of all types here. It seems to be one of the better industrial and commercial tool supply houses in this area. Most of the customers in line were contractors so that says something if the trades are buying here. The manager there couldn't be bothered, said he was busy and was a bit but the counter staff were helpful and made sure I got the right blades for my saw. I was happy with the blades and I'll be buying them here from now on.
