This place will let you rot before they see you on an emergency basis. My husband has been a…read morepatient of this practice for over 30 years when Dr. Weinberg started the practice. One day he had an acute bout of dizziness, loud ringing in his ear and severe nausea. I called the office to see if I could get him in. I told them his symptoms and stated how sick he was. They then told me that he could not be seen for a little over a month and a half. That he needed to have a hearing test first. I said he can hear just fine,, this is an acute thing and can a doctor at least look in his ears?! The woman on the phone said NO it is standard protocol to have a hearing test first to determine the cause. She then said to go to a walk in clinic. We had no choice so that is what we did. They basically gave him pills for dizziness because they were not equipped to check him out like an ENT doc would. His symptoms subsided a little over the course of a week, but he never completely got rid of the dizziness. Three weeks later it happened all over again. I called again and said he needs to be seen because this is twice in less than a month that this has happened. Again she said we have no openings until the appointment which was still over a month away. Complete lunacy!! Then four days before his appointment that we waited so long for, we get a letter in the mail stating that we needed to call them because they needed to reschedule the appointment!! Fist of all,, they couldn't call us? They send a letter for us to call? When I called, she said that they had to reschedule do to being down to only one audiologist and it was yet another month before he could be seen!! I said what??!! Really?! You let your patients suffer this long?? And now even longer?? I then said to the receptionist to completely take my husband off the list and also as a patient and that I was going to find another ENT office that cares about their patients. And I did. And they got him in in two days. What doctor cannot even take 10 minutes within a two month span to even check their patient's ears? This was a complete waste of time on my husband's part feeling awful for almost two months straight. And nothing but complete aggravation on top of it!! I would give no stars if I could. Go find yourself a more caring office.

My 93 year old mother had a small stroke 3 weeks ago. She came home from the hospital and she said…read moreshe could not hear very well. I called Ellie Kartsen and she said to to bring them right down and she would be able to look at them. I waited in the parking and within 20 minutes she cleaned the aids and my mother was able to hear again. Great service with a smile. My mother had a set back from her stroke and she back in the hospital again and she was sent to a rehab facility. When we called the rehab facility about bring up batteries for her hearing aids, they said she only had the right not the left. Again I called Ellie and said the hospital lost the aid and we needed to order another left. She said it was not so easy to order one without her coming in for testing and that was not possible at this time.Ellie called the factory and was able to pull off a miracle and ordered another hearing aid for my mother. Ellie has gone above and beyond with her professionalism, service and compassion for her patients.

Unhygienic Office and Unprofessional Staff -- Avoid at All Costs…read more If you value cleanliness, professionalism, or basic human decency, stay far away from this medical office. The facility was visibly dirty -- floors unswept, dust in patient areas, and exam rooms that looked like they hadn't been appropriately sanitized between visits. In a medical environment, that's unacceptable and borderline dangerous. The staff was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in patient care. I witnessed front desk personnel rolling their eyes at patient questions, ignoring phone calls, and openly complaining about their jobs. Even worse, the owners themselves seemed just as indifferent and combative when concerns were raised--more concerned with defending bad behavior than fixing it. This isn't just a bad experience -- it's a warning sign. A medical office that treats its patients and facility this poorly shouldn't be operating. There are far better, safer options nearby.

The first time I took my daughter for allergy testing, the doctor immediately told her to "kick her…read moredog out of her bedroom" before even confirming whether she was allergic to dogs. It later turned out that she is not allergic to dogs at all. That comment alone made me uncomfortable enough to request a different doctor. Second time we were sent here again for another testing. The front desk receptionist, Sue, was extremely rude and came across as very discriminatory in the way she treated me. Recently, my daughter needed amoxicillin testing, and Sue told us they were running low on stock and that she would call us when it became available. It has now been over two weeks, and we never received a single call or update. She also never explained that the wait would be long, even after I clearly stated that my daughter urgently needed allergy medication due to constant flare-ups and sinus infections. Today, we stopped by the office and saw that the waiting list was literally written on the back of a flyer, with names scribbled out and completely disorganized. I was shocked. When I asked to speak with the manager, Sue initially said the manager was on lunch break, but once she realized we were willing to wait, she suddenly went to get her. Unfortunately, the manager was not very helpful either. Dr. Vu was kind, caring, and professional, but aside from that, I am highly dissatisfied with this office. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
